Celem gł. proj. jest zwiększ. możliwości zatrudn. 128 osób bezrobotnych powyżej 29r.ż, zarejestrowanych w PUP w Końs. (66k i 62m) dla których określ. II profil pomocy znajdujących się w szczeg. trudnej syt. na rynku pracy, to znaczy należące do przynajmniej jednej z poniższych kategorii: os. po 50 r. ż.(min. 2), kobiety ( min. 66), os. z niepełnospr.( min.7), os. dł. bezrob.min. 34), os. z niskimi kwalifik.( min. 66), osoby sprawujące opiekę nad osobą zależną oraz powracające na rynek pracy po zakończonym okresie sprawowania opieki (15os.). Gł. rezultatem proj. będzie podjęcie pracy przez co najmniej 33% os. w wieku 50 lat i więcej, co najmniej 39% kobiet, co najmniej 33% osób z niepełnos., co najmniej 35% osób długotrwale bezrobotnych, co najmniej 38% osób o niskich kwalifi. (do poziomu ISCED 3), co najmniej 33% osób sprawujących opiekę nad osobą zależną oraz powracających na rynek pracy po zakończ. okresie sprawowania opieki.Gr. docelowa zawarta w celu proj. Dla każdego z UP przedstaw. konkretnej formy wsparcia poprzedzi Identyfik. potrzeb, oraz IPD. Zadania realiz. w ramach proj.: poradn. zawod., szkolenia, staże, prace interw., refundacja kosztów wyposażenia (…), Dodatkowo projekt zakłada możliwość uzyskania zwrotu kosztów opieki nad osobą zależną, w przypadku os. które przystąpiły do następujących form wsparcia:staż, prace interwen., refundacja pracodawcy kosztów wyposaż. lub doposaż. Kwota dofinansowania wynosi 1 378 226,94PLN, wkład własny 72 538,26PLN. Projekt realizow. będzie w okresie od 01.06.2018r do 31.05.2020r. na obszarze powiatu koneckiego. (Polish)

The result will lead to at least 33 % of the population of at least 39 % of women aged 50 and over, at least 33 % of women, at least 35 % of the long-term unemployed, at least 38 % of the low-skilled. (up to ISCED level 3), at least 33 % of those with caring responsibilities and those who return to the labour market after the end of their term of office. For each of the Ps, the specific forms of support will be preceded by an identification of needs, and the IPD. Execution tasks: training, training, internships, work on the part, reimbursement of equipment costs (...), Additionally, the project includes the possibility of obtaining reimbursement of the costs of care for the dependent person, in the case of the following forms wsparcia:staż, work in the works, reimbursement of the employer’s costs for equipment or retrofitting. The grant amount is PLN 1 378 226,94, the own contribution of PLN 72 538,26. In the period from 01.06.2018 to 31.05.2020, the project will be implemented in the area of the district of konecki.
