Projekt řeší zlepšení tepelně technických vlastností ZŠ Zenklova - č.p. 26/52 (parc.č. 2739) - (histor. budova v památkově chráněném území), zateplením obvodových stěn (1621 m2), zateplením podlahy půdy (1557 m2) a výměnou otvorů (848,5 m2). Dojde k úsporám energie na vytápění a ke zlepšení vnitřního mikroklimatu. Tepelně izolační vlastnosti původních konstrukcí jsou nedostatečné. Na základě konzultací s orgánem PP není možné zateplení historicky cenných obvodových stěn. (Czech)

The project deals with improvement of the thermally technical properties of ZŠ Zenklova – No. 26/52 (parc. no. 2739) – (histor. building in a listed area), insulation of peripheral walls (1621 m²), insulation of the ground floor (1557 m²) and replacing openings (848,5 m²). Energy saving for heating and improving the internal microclimate will be achieved. The thermal insulation properties of the original structures are insufficient. It is not possible to insulate historically valuable perimeter walls following consultation with the PP authority. (English)

Le projet porte sur l’amélioration des propriétés thermiques et techniques de l’école primaire de Zenklova — no 26/52 (parc no 2739) — (bâtiment historique dans une zone répertoriée), l’isolation des murs du périmètre (1 621 m²), l’isolation du sol (1 557 m²) et le remplacement des trous (848,5 m²). Il y aura des économies d’énergie pour le chauffage et une amélioration du microclimat intérieur. Les propriétés d’isolation thermique des structures d’origine sont insuffisantes. En consultation avec l’autorité du PP, il n’est pas possible d’isoler des murs de périmètre historiquement précieux. (French)
