Projekt se zaměřuje na profesionalizaci NNO Business & Professional Women Praha II (BPW) prostřednictvím posílení kompetencí 7 zaměstnankyň a zavedením strategických dokumentů v oblastech strategického řízení, fundraisingu, PR, komunikace, kvality služeb a nástrojů SW v období 7/2016-6/2018. Cíle dosáhneme spoluprací s expertkami, skupinovým a individuálním koučinkem a mentoringem. Realizace projektu výraznou měrou přispěje k efektivnější práci zaměstnanců s cílovou skupinou organizace. The project focuses on the professionalisation of NNO Business & Professional Women Praha II (BPW) through strengthening the competencies of 7 employees and introducing strategic documents in the areas of strategic management, fundraising, PR, communication, quality of services and SW tools in the period 7/2016-6/2018. We will achieve the goals by cooperating with experts, group and individual coaching and mentoring. Implementation of the project will significantly contribute to more efficient work of employees with the target group of the organisation. (English)
