Účast v projektu zvýší šance na nalezení prac. uplatnění u min. 24 uchazečů o zaměstnání z řad OZP zejm. s mentálním postižením. Pro tyto lidi je charakteristická nízká úroveň kvalifikace a často absence prac. zkušeností, proto jsou jejich šance na nalezení prac. místa malé. Projekt nabízí možné řešení prostřednictvím realizace motivačně vzdělávacího programu a absolvování stáže v SRN. Účastníci si posílí sebevědomí, získají zkušenosti z vhodného oboru a osvojí si prac. návyky i soběstačnost. (Czech)

Participation in the project will increase the chances of finding a job at least 24 jobseekers from the OZP, especially with mental disabilities. La participation au projet augmentera les chances de trouver un emploi dans au moins 24 demandeurs d’emploi des rangs OZP, en particulier avec un handicap mental. Ces personnes sont caractérisées par un faible niveau de qualification et souvent un manque d’expérience du travail, de sorte que leurs chances de trouver un emploi sont faibles. Le projet offre une solution possible grâce à la mise en œuvre d’un programme éducatif motivant et d’un stage en Allemagne. Les participants renforceront leur confiance en soi, acquerront de l’expérience dans un domaine approprié et acquerront des habitudes de travail et de l’autosuffisance. (French)
