Projekt má za cíl zvýšit efektivitu, fungování a zprofesionalizování poměrně mladé organizace. Nastavit vhodný a reálný strategický plán, kterým se bude organizace v příštích letech řídit.Zvýšit vzdělanost a odbornost zaměstnanců ve vybraných oblastech řízení organizace. V důsledku má projekt nastavit chod organizace tak, aby fungovala efektivně,účelně s minimem finančních prostředků a byla přehledná a dostupná pro cílovou skupinu, pro kterou pracuje, tedy pro osoby s hendikepem . The project aims to increase the efficiency, functioning and professionalisation of a relatively young organisation. Set up a suitable and realistic strategic plan to guide the organisation in the coming years.Increase the education and expertise of employees in selected areas of organisation management. As a result, the project should set up the organisation’s operation so that it operates efficiently, with a minimum of funds, and is transparent and accessible to the target group for which it works, i.e. for people with disabilities.
