    Předmětem projektu je zřízení 14 regionálních center podpory zdraví (RCPZ) v každém jednotlivém kraji jako odborné základny, která bude zajišťovat realizaci aktivit v oblasti podpory zdraví a prevence nemocí. Hlavní činností RCPZ bude zvyšování zdravotní gramotnosti u vulnerabilních skupin populace ohrožených chudobou a sociálním vyloučením s cílem snižovat nerovnosti ve zdraví. Zdravotní gramotností se rozumí rozhodování ve prospěch zdraví. (Czech)

    The purpose of the project is to establish 14 Regional Health Support Centres (RCPZ) in each region as a professional base, which will ensure the implementation of activities in the area of health promotion and disease prevention. The main activity of the RCPZ will be to increase health literacy among vulnerable population groups at risk of poverty and social exclusion in order to reduce health inequalities. Health literacy means decision-making in favour of health. (English)
