Projekt řeší zajištění terénního zázemí prostřednictvím 2 automobilů a potřebného informačně komunikačního vybavení ke zvýšení místní i časové flexibility pracovníků sociálních služeb odborného sociálního poradenství a pečovatelské služby v Jirkově a okolních obcích. Cílovou skupinou jsou osoby se zdravotním postižením, osoby sociálně vyloučené a tímto ohrožené, pro které realizací projektu budou sociální služby dostupnější a to místně i časově. (Czech)

The target group are people with disabilities, people socially excluded and at risk, for whom social services will be more accessible, both locally and in time, through the implementation of the project.
