Projekt díky vzdělávání a školení zvýší odborné znalosti, dovednosti a kompetence všech cca 40 pracovníků neziskové organizace v rozsahu bagatelní podpory. Povede k zlepšení vedení a spolupráce a prac. prostředí (duševního i technického) v org. Zároveň zvýší adaptabilitu starších pracovníků a kvalifikační úroveň v oblasti mezigeneračních pracovních vztahů všech prac. v souladu se změnami na trhu práce. Dojde k zavedení udržitelného mentoringu a plánovaného osobního i týmového rozvoje. (Czech)

Thanks to education and training, the project will increase the expertise, skills and competencies of all approximately 40 employees of the non-profit organisation in the scope of undue support. It will lead to improvement of management and cooperation and work environment (intellectual and technical) in the org. At the same time, it will increase the adaptability of older workers and the qualification level in the field of intergenerational labour relations in line with changes in the labour market. Sustainable mentoring and planned personal and team development will be introduced. (English)
