Projekt je zaměřen na analýzu, diagnostiku, motivaci a vzdělávání cílové skupiny nezaměstnaných 50+. Účastníci absolvují motivační program profesní orientace, kurzy základních kompetencí a případné rekvalifikační kurzy na základě diagnostikovaných potřeb 100 osob CS. Na druhé straně budeme prostřednictvím akvizitora pracovat s informacemi z trhu práce a zaměstnavateli a s konkrétní poptávkou na pracovní pozice. Posláním projektu je vytvořit most mezi nezaměstnanými a pracovním trhem. (Czech)

The project is focused on analysis, diagnosis, motivation and education of the target group of unemployed 50+. Participants complete a motivational programme of professional orientation, courses of basic competences and possible retraining courses based on diagnosed needs of 100 persons CS. On the other hand, through the Acquisitor, we will work with information from the labour market and employers and with specific demand for jobs. The project’s mission is to create a bridge between the unemployed and the labour market. (English)
