Projekta “Uzņēmējdarbības attīstībai nepieciešamās infrastruktūras attīstība Grobiņas novadā” mērķis ir palielināt privāto investīciju apjomu un jaunu darba vietu izveidi Grobiņas novadā, veicot ieguldījumus uzņēmējdarbības (komercdarbības) attīstību veicinošos pasākumos atbilstoši pašvaldības attīstības programmā noteiktajam un balstoties uz uzņēmēju vajadzībām.Projekta ietvaros paredzētās darbības:1. Lauktehnikas un M.Namiķa ielu Grobiņā, Lidostas ielas Cimdeniekos, Grobiņas pag., pašvaldības autoceļu “Ceļš V1222” un “Otaņķu autoceļš-Brēdiķi” Grobiņas pag. pārbūve;2. Objekta “Lauktehnikas un M.Namiķa ielu Grobiņā, Lidostas ielas Cimdeniekos, Grobiņas pag., pašvaldības autoceļu “Ceļš V1222” un “Otaņķu autoceļš-Brēdiķi” Grobiņas pag. pārbūve” darbu būvuzraudzība;3. Zirgu, Saules, Jāņa un Priedulāju ielu un Liepu gatves, Grobiņā, pašvaldības autoceļu “Grobiņa-Ālande-Bārtas autoceļš” un "Jaunarāji - Ālande" Grobiņas pag., Grobiņas nov. pārbūve un "Strautmaļu ceļš" un "Vairogu ceļš" Grobiņas pag., Grobiņas nov. izbūve, t.sk. ietves un apgaismojuma izbūve Zirgu ielā;4. Objekta “Zirgu ielas, Grobiņā un pašvaldības autoceļa “Grobiņa-Ālande-Bārtas autoceļš” Grobiņas pag., Grobiņas nov. pārbūve” darbu būvuzraudzība5. Robežu, Liepu un Kviešu ielu Robežniekos, Grobiņas pag. pārbūve;6. Objekta “Robežu un Liepu ielu Robežniekos, Grobiņas pag. pārbūve, t.sk. pieslēguma izbūve uz Valsts nozīmes autoceļu A9 “Rīga (Skulte)-Liepāja”” darbu būvuzraudzība;7. Lielās ielas, Grobiņā posmā no Pils ielas līdz Ventspils ielai atjaunošana;8. Objekta "Lielās ielas posmā no Pils ielas līdz Ventspils ielai atjaunošana" darbu būvuzraudzība.Projekta mērķa un rezultātu sasniegšanai ārpus projekta ir un tiks veiktas arī citas projekta darbības. Līdz projekta iesniegšanai Grobiņas novada dome ir izstrādājusi un Grobiņas novada būvvaldē akceptējusi būvprojektus un vienkāršotās būvniecības ieceres (saņemtas atzīmes ar projektēšanas nosacījumu izpildi) un veikusi projekta izmaksu un ieguvumu analīzi. Projekta īstenošanas laikā visiem būvdarbu objektiem tiks veikta autoruzraudzība un nodrošināta informācijas un publicitātes pasākumu īstenošana.Projektā veicamo darbību rezultātā tiks izbūvēti un pārbūvēti 4 objekti, t.sk. satiksmes publiskā infrastruktūra kā ar uzņēmējdarbību (komercdarbību) saistītie funkcionālie savienojumi 9,88km, 2 stāvlaukumi, 850m ietve un 450m energoefektīvs apgaismojums Zirgu ielā, Grobiņā. Projekta īstenošanā ieinteresētie 11 uzņēmumi ir apliecinājuši, ka tie gūs labumu no projekta ietvaros veiktajām investīcijām infrastruktūrā un līdz 2021. gadam plāno radīt vismaz 57 jaunas darba vietas un ieguldīt 1 545 000 eiro nefinanšu investīcijās.Projekta kopējās izmaksas ir 2 097 721,90EUR, kur tai skaitā Eiropas Reģionālā attīstības fonda finansējums ir 1 189 670,10 EUR un valsts budžeta dotācija 142 515,84 EUR. Grobiņas novada domes finansējums ir 765 535,96 EUR, no kura attiecināmās izmaksas ir 427 547,52 EUR un neattiecināmās – 337 988,44 EUR.Projekta īstenošanas termiņš ir 29 mēneši (no 2019.gada 22. augusta līdz 2021. gada 31. decembrim). Prior to the submission of the project, Grobiņa Municipality Council has developed and accepted construction projects and simplified construction plans (recorded with the fulfilment of design conditions) in Grobiņa Municipality Construction Board and carried out a cost-benefit analysis of the project. During the implementation of the project all construction sites will be subject to author supervision and implementation of information and publicity measures.The project will result in construction and reconstruction of 4 objects, including public transport infrastructure as functional connections related to business (business) 9.88 km, 2 parking areas, 850 m sidewalk and 450 m energy efficient lighting in Zirgu Street, Grobiņa. L’objectif du projet «Développement des infrastructures nécessaires au développement de l’entrepreneuriat dans la municipalité de Grobina» est d’augmenter le montant des investissements privés et de créer de nouveaux emplois dans la municipalité de Grobina en investissant dans des mesures de promotion des entreprises (activités commerciales) conformément au programme de développement des collectivités locales et en fonction des besoins des entrepreneurs. Während der Projektdurchführung werden für alle Bauobjekte die Überwachung und Umsetzung von Informations- und Publizitätsmaßnahmen durchgeführt.
