Projekta "Darbavietu radīšanai un privāto investīciju piesaistei nepieciešamās uzņēmējdarbības infrastruktūras nodrošināšana Krāslavas novadā" mērķis ir komercdarbībai nepieciešamās publiskās infrastruktūras sakārtošana privāto investīciju apjoma pieaugumam un uzņēmējdarbības attīstībai, balstoties uz komersantu vajadzībām. Projekta mērķa sasniegšanai ir paredzēta pašvaldības ceļa Au 9 "Ceļš uz Šķipu gateri" (901 m) Krāslavas novada Aulejas pagastā pārbūve, veicot ceļa dubultās virsmas apstrādi. Papildus būvdarbiem tiks nodrošināto to būvuzraudzība un autoruzraudzība, kā arī tiks veikti nepieciešamie projekta publicitātes pasākumi.Projektā iekļautais lauku ceļš nodrošina piekļūšanu pie daudzu fizisko personu un zemnieku saimniecību īpašumiem Krāslavas novada Aulejas pagastā.Veicot transporta infrastruktūras uzlabošanu, vietējiem uzņēmējiem tiks rādīta pievilcīga uzņēmējdarbības vide, paaugstināsies to konkurētspēja, tādā veidā nodrošinot sociālo un ekonomisko aktivitāšu pieejamību. Tiek paredzēts, ka veicot transporta infrastruktūras sakārtošanu ar uzņēmējdarbību saistītajā teritorijā, paaugstināsies privāto investīciju apjoms, kā arī tiks izveidotas jaunas darbavietas. Sakārtota transporta infrastruktūra ir viens no svarīgākajiem priekšnoteikumiem ekonomiskās aktivitātes un daudzveidīgu pakalpojumu pieejamības un darba vietu sasniedzamības nodrošināšanai, kā arī iedzīvotāju dzīves kvalitātes paaugstināšanai.Tiek paredzēts, ka labumu no projekta darbībām gūs 1 uzņēmums, kas apliecināja, ka izveidos 3 jaunās darbavietas un veiks ieguldījumus sava uzņēmuma attīstībai vismaz EUR 40 000.00 apmērā.Projekta realizācija ir plānota no 2020.gada jūlija līdz 2021.gada augustam. Projekta plānotas kopējās attiecināmās izmaksas sastāda EUR 161 895.02, t.sk. Eiropas Reģionālās attīstības fonda līdzfinansējums EUR 137 610.77 (85%). (Latvian)

The aim of the project “Providing the business infrastructure necessary for the creation of jobs and attracting private investments in Krāslava County” is to arrange the public infrastructure necessary for commercial activities to increase the amount of private investments and to develop business based on the needs of merchants. For achievement of the project goal is planned reconstruction of municipal road Au 9 “Road to Šķipu gateri” (901 m) in Aulejas parish of Krāslava county by processing double surface of the road. In addition to the construction works, construction supervision and author supervision will be provided, as well as the necessary publicity measures will be carried out.The rural road included in the project ensures access to the properties of many natural persons and farms in Auleja parish of Krāslava county.By promoting improvement of transport infrastructure, local entrepreneurs will be shown an attractive business environment and their competitiveness will be increased, thus ensuring accessibility of social and economic activities. The adjustment of transport infrastructure in the business area is expected to increase private investment and create new jobs. A well-organised transport infrastructure is one of the most important preconditions for ensuring the availability of various services and accessibility of jobs, as well as increasing the quality of life of the population.It is planned that 1 companies will benefit from the project activities, which confirmed that they would create 3 new jobs and will invest at least EUR 40 000.00 for the development of their company.The project is planned to be implemented from July 2020 to August 2021. The planned total eligible costs of the project are EUR 161 895.02, incl. Co-financing from the European Regional Development Fund EUR 137 610.77 (85 %). (English)

L’objectif du projet «fournir l’infrastructure commerciale nécessaire à la création d’emplois et attirer des investissements privés dans la municipalité de Kraslava» est d’adapter l’infrastructure publique nécessaire aux activités commerciales afin d’augmenter le volume des investissements privés et de développer les affaires en fonction des besoins des commerçants. Pour atteindre l’objectif du projet, la reconstruction de la route municipale Au 9 «Road to Š’ipu Gateri» (901 m) dans la paroisse d’Aulejas dans le comté de Kraslava est envisagée en effectuant un double traitement de surface de la route. Outre les travaux de construction, la supervision de la construction et la supervision de l’auteur seront assurées, ainsi que les mesures de publicité nécessaires pour le projet. La route rurale incluse dans le projet garantit l’accès aux propriétés de nombreuses personnes physiques et fermes dans la paroisse d’Aulejas, dans le comté de Krāslava. Ziel des Projekts „Bereitstellung der für die Schaffung von Arbeitsplätzen und die Anziehung von Privatinvestitionen in der Gemeinde Kraslava“ notwendigen Unternehmensinfrastrukturen ist es, die für kommerzielle Aktivitäten notwendige öffentliche Infrastruktur anzupassen, um das Volumen der privaten Investitionen zu erhöhen und das Geschäft auf der Grundlage der Bedürfnisse der Händler zu entwickeln. Um das Ziel des Projekts zu erreichen, ist der Wiederaufbau der Gemeindestraße Au 9 „Road to Š-ipu Gateri“ (901 m) in der Pfarrei Aulejas im Kreis Kraslava durch eine doppelte Oberflächenbehandlung der Straße geplant. Neben den Bauarbeiten werden Bauaufsicht und Autorenaufsicht sowie die für das Projekt erforderlichen Werbemaßnahmen durchgeführt. Die im Projekt enthaltene Landstraße gewährleistet den Zugang zu den Grundstücken vieler natürlicher Personen und landwirtschaftlicher Betriebe in der Gemeinde Aulejas der Gemeinde Krāslava. Durch die Verbesserung der Verkehrsinfrastruktur werden lokale Unternehmer ein attraktives Geschäftsumfeld gezeigt, ihre Wettbewerbsfähigkeit erhöht und somit den Zugang zu sozialen und wirtschaftlichen Aktivitäten gewährleistet. Die Modernisierung der Verkehrsinfrastruktur im Geschäftsbereich dürfte die privaten Investitionen erhöhen und neue Arbeitsplätze schaffen. Es wird erwartet, dass 1 Unternehmen von den Projektaktivitäten profitieren wird, die bestätigten, dass es 3 neue Arbeitsplätze schaffen und in die Entwicklung seines Unternehmens in Höhe von mindestens 40 000,00 EUR investieren wird. Die Durchführung des Projekts ist von Juli 2020 bis August 2021 geplant. Die für das Projekt veranschlagten förderfähigen Gesamtkosten belaufen sich auf 16 159 552 EUR, davon: Kofinanzierung durch den Europäischen Fonds für regionale Entwicklung in Höhe von 1 376 610,77 EUR (85 %). Het project „Verstrekken van bedrijfsinfrastructuur die nodig is voor het scheppen van banen en het aantrekken van particuliere investeringen in de gemeente Kraslava” heeft tot doel de openbare infrastructuur aan te passen die nodig is voor commerciële activiteiten om het volume van particuliere investeringen te vergroten en het bedrijfsleven te ontwikkelen op basis van de behoeften van handelaren. Om het doel van het project te bereiken, is de wederopbouw van de gemeentelijke weg Au 9 „Road to Šтipu Gateri” (901 m) in de parochie Aulejas in Kraslava gepland door het uitvoeren van een dubbele oppervlaktebehandeling van de weg. Naast de bouwwerkzaamheden zal er worden gezorgd voor toezicht op de bouw en het toezicht op de auteurs, evenals de nodige publiciteitsmaatregelen voor het project. De landelijke weg die in het project is opgenomen, zorgt voor toegang tot eigendommen van veel natuurlijke personen en boerderijen in de parochie Aulejas in Krāslava.
