Projekta mērķis ir veicināt SIA 4PLUS produktivitātes un konkurētspējas paaugstināšanu, ieviešot ražošanā jaunu produktu - divslāņu saunas apdares paneli un eksperimentālas tehnoloģijas, kā arī palielināt uzņēmuma ieguldījumus pētniecībā, attīstībā un inovācijās atbilstoši Viedās specializācijas stratēģijai, radot vienu jaunu pētniecības un attīstības darba vietu un veicot jaunā produkta un tehnoloģijas eksperimentālos pētījumus.Uzņēmuma pamatdarbības un īstenošanas nozare saskaņā ar NACE 2. redakciju ir Zāģēšana, ēvelēšana un impregnēšana (16.10, versija 2.0). Projektā paredzētā nozare atbilst viedās specializācijas stratēģijā noteiktajām RIS3 specializācijas jomām, jo tiek veikta pētniecība un attīstība saistībā ar inovatīvu tehnoloģiju un augstas pievienotas vērtības nišas produktu izstrādi (viedās specializācijas joma - "Viedie materiāli, tehnoloģijas un inženiersistēmas"). Pielikumā.Projektā plānots veikt eksperimentālās tehnoloģijas izgatavošanu, uzstādīšanu un testēšanu reālā ražošanas vidē vismaz 2 mēnešus veicot saimniecisko darbību, līdz tehnoloģiju attīstības līmeņa TRL 8 sasniegšanai.Projektā rezultātā paredzēts izveidot pilotražotni ar inovatīvām apses kokmateriāla skanēšanas, slēpto koksnes defektu atpazīšanas un energoefektīvām kombinētā cikla žāvēšanas tehnoloģijām, kā arī ieviest ražošanā jaunu produktu - divslāņu saunas apdares paneli. Īstenojot projektu un iegādājoties jaunās iekārtas, SIA 4PLUS spēs nodrošināt jaunus tehnoloģiskos procesus, kas ļaus ieviest ražošanā jaunu produktu un pirmajā gadā pēc projekta īstenošanas (2021.g.) palielināt uzņēmuma apgrozījumu līdz 6,5 milj. EUR, neto peļņu līdz 0,59 milj. EUR, bet pievienoto vērtību uz vienu darbinieku līdz 32,6 tūkst. EUR. Jauno produktu paredzēts eksportēt 100% apjomā.SIA 4PLUS ar savu uzņēmējdarbības attīstību minētajā projekta īstenošanas nozarē palīdzēs sasniegt RIS3 izvirzīto virsmērķi - valsts tautsaimniecības transformāciju, ar mērķi palielināt ekonomikas zināšanu ietilpību, investējot pētniecībā, inovācijās un to sekmēšanas pasākumos. Īstenojot projektu plānots radīt 4 jaunas darba vietas, tai skaitā 3 darbiniekus ražošanā uz jaunajām iekārtām un vienu pētniecības un attīstības darba vietu.Projekta kopējās investīcijas plānotas EUR 1 957 827,15 EUR. No tām EUR 1 438 240,00 ir attiecināmās izmaksas, bet EUR 519 587,15 ir neattiecināmās izmaksas. ERAF fonda atbalsta apjoms – EUR 647 208,00. Projektu plānots uzsākt pēc līguma noslēgšanas ar Centrālo finanšu un līgumu aģentūru (CFLA) 2019. gada janvārī un īstenot 17 mēnešu laikā līdz 2020. gada maija beigām. (Latvian)

The aim of the project is to promote increased productivity and competitiveness of SIA 4PLUS by introducing a new product – a two-layer sauna finishing panel and experimental technologies, as well as increasing the company’s investment in research, development and innovations in accordance with Smart Specialisation Strategy, creating one new research and development workplace and performing experimental research of the new product and technology.The core activity and implementation of the company according to NACE Rev. 2 is Saw, Planning and impregnation (16.10, version 2.0). The sector envisaged by the project is in line with the areas of specialisation defined in the smart specialisation strategy for RIS3 through R & D in the development of innovative technologies and high added value niche products (smart specialisation – Smart Materials, Technologies and Engineering Systems). For a more detailed description of the RIS3 smart specialisation areas in which 4PLUS will operate, read 46. In the project it is planned to perform production, installation and testing of experimental technology in real production environment for at least 2 months by carrying out economic activity, until technological development level TRL 8 is achieved.The project will result in the creation of a pilot plant with innovative apse timber scanning, hidden wood defect recognition and energy efficient combined cycle drying technologies, as well as introducing a new product – a two-layer sauna finishing panel. By implementing the project and purchasing new equipment, SIA 4PLUS will be able to ensure new technological processes that will allow introducing a new product into production and in the first year after project implementation (2021) increase the company’s turnover to 6.5 million. EUR, net profit up to 0,59 million EUR EUR, but added value per employee up to 32.6 thousand. With the development of its business in the sector of the project implementation, SIA 4PLUS will help to achieve the ultimate goal of RIS3 – transformation of the country’s economy, with the aim of increasing the knowledge capacity of the economy by investing in research, innovation and its promotion activities. During the implementation of the project it is planned to create 4 new jobs, including 3 employees in manufacturing for new equipment and one research and development workplace.The total project investment is planned to EUR 1957827.15. Of which EUR 1 438 240.00 is eligible costs, but EUR 519 587.15 is ineligible costs. Amount of ERDF Fund support: EUR 647 208,00. L’objectif du projet est de promouvoir la productivité et la compétitivité de SIA 4PLUS par l’introduction d’un nouveau produit — un panneau de finition de sauna à deux couches et des technologies expérimentales, ainsi que d’augmenter l’investissement de l’entreprise dans la recherche, le développement et l’innovation conformément à la stratégie de spécialisation intelligente, en créant un nouveau lieu de travail de R & D et en effectuant des recherches expérimentales sur le nouveau produit et la nouvelle technologie. Le secteur envisagé par le projet est conforme aux domaines de spécialisation RIS3 identifiés dans la stratégie de spécialisation intelligente, étant donné que la recherche et le développement sont réalisés dans le cadre du développement de technologies innovantes et de produits de niche à haute valeur ajoutée (domaine de spécialisation intelligente — Matériaux intelligents, technologies et systèmes d’ingénierie). Pour une description plus détaillée des domaines de spécialisation intelligente RIS3 dans lesquels 4PLUS fonctionnera, voir 46. Dans le cadre du projet, il est prévu d’effectuer la production, l’installation et les essais technologiques expérimentaux dans un environnement de production réel en exerçant une activité économique pendant au moins 2 mois, jusqu’à ce que le niveau de développement technologique TRL 8 soit atteint. Le projet aboutira à la création d’une usine pilote dotée d’un balayage innovant du bois de peuplier, d’une reconnaissance cachée des défauts de bois et de technologies de séchage à cycle combiné économes en énergie, ainsi qu’à la mise en place d’un nouveau produit — panneau de finition sauna à deux couches. En mettant en œuvre le projet et en achetant les nouveaux équipements, SIA 4PLUS sera en mesure de fournir de nouveaux procédés technologiques qui permettront d’introduire un nouveau produit dans la production et d’augmenter le chiffre d’affaires de l’entreprise à 6,5 millions dans la première année suivant la mise en œuvre du projet (2021). Le projet devrait créer 4 nouveaux emplois, dont 3 travailleurs dans la production de nouveaux équipements et un emploi en R & D. L’investissement total du projet est estimé à 1 957 827,15 EUR, dont 1 438 240,00 EUR sont des coûts éligibles et 519 587,15 EUR sont inéligibles. Le montant de l’aide du Fonds FEDER s’élève à 647 208,00 EUR. Ziel des Projekts ist es, die Produktivität und Wettbewerbsfähigkeit von SIA 4PLUS zu fördern, indem ein neues Produkt eingeführt wird – eine zweilagige Saunaveredelungsplatte und experimentelle Technologien, sowie die Investitionen des Unternehmens in Forschung, Entwicklung und Innovation gemäß der Strategie für intelligente Spezialisierung zu erhöhen, einen neuen F & E-Arbeitsplatz zu schaffen und experimentelle Forschungen des neuen Produkts und der neuen Technologie durchzuführen. Haupttätigkeits- und Umsetzungssektor des Unternehmens gemäß NACE Rev. 2 ist Sawing, Planing und Impregnation (16.10, Version 2.0). Der im Projekt vorgesehene Sektor steht im Einklang mit den in der Strategie für intelligente Spezialisierung festgelegten Spezialisierungsbereichen RIS3, da Forschung und Entwicklung im Zusammenhang mit der Entwicklung innovativer Technologien und hochwertiger Nischenprodukte (Smart Specialization Area – Smart Materials, Technologies and Engineering Systems) durchgeführt werden. Eine detailliertere Beschreibung der intelligenten Spezialisierungsgebiete von RIS3, in denen 4PLUS betrieben wird, finden Sie in 46. Im Projekt ist geplant, experimentelle Technologieproduktion, Installation und Erprobung in realen Produktionsumgebungen durchzuführen, indem sie mindestens 2 Monate wirtschaftlich tätig ist, bis die Technologieentwicklungsstufe TRL 8 erreicht ist. Mit der Umsetzung des Projekts und dem Kauf der neuen Ausrüstung wird SIA 4PLUS in der Lage sein, neue technologische Verfahren bereitzustellen, die es ermöglichen, ein neues Produkt in die Produktion einzuführen und den Umsatz des Unternehmens im ersten Jahr nach der Projektdurchführung auf 6,5 Millionen zu steigern (2021). Nettogewinn von bis zu 0,59 Mio. EUR. EUR, aber Mehrwert pro Mitarbeiter bis zu 32,6 Tsd.
