Projekta mērķis ir SIA SFM Latvia esošās saimnieciskās darbības paplašināšana, Langervaldes ielā 2A, Cenu pagasta, Ozolnieku novadā izbūvējot jaunu metālapstrādes ražošanas ēku 4373,60 m2 platībā un veicot ražošanas vajadzībām atbilstošu teritorijas labiekārtošanu, ceļu un laukumu izbūvi 7684,00 m2 apjomā. Jaunas ražošanas telpas un infrastruktūra nepieciešamas, lai tajās izvietotu jaunas ražošanas iekārtas un būtu iespējams nodrošināt ražošanas procesus, kurus šobrīd uzņēmums iepērk ārpakalpojumā, vai arī apgrūtinošos apstākļos un kvalitātē veic esošajās ražošanas telpās.Projekts tiks īstenots mērķa nozarē - Metāla konstrukciju un to sastāvdaļu ražošana (25.11, NACE 2.0). Projekta iesniedzējs atbilst RIS3 jomām - zināšanu ietilpīga bioekonomika un viedā enerģētika un viedie materiāli, tehnoloģijas un inženiersistēmas. Jaunās ražošanas platības ļaus radīt uzņēmumā vismaz 29 jaunas darbavietas. Projekta attiecināmās izmaksas – 2 612 568,80 EUR, t.sk. pieprasītais ERAF līdzfinansējums 45% apmērā - 1 175 655,96 EUR.Projektu paredzēts īstenot 35 mēnešu laikā, līdz 2022.gada 31.decembrim. The aim of the project is to expand the existing economic activities of SFM Latvia, Langervaldes Street 2A, Cenu pargasta, construction of a new metalworking production building in the area of 4373.60 m² in Ozolnieki municipality and improvement of the territory corresponding to production needs, construction of roads and squares in the amount of 7684.00 m². New production facilities and infrastructure are necessary to accommodate new production equipment and to ensure the production processes that the company is currently buying out of service, or in difficult conditions and quality in existing production facilities.The project will be implemented in the target sector – Production of Metal structures and their components (25.11, NACE 2.0). The project applicant is in line with the RIS3 domains of knowledge-intensive bioeconomy and smart energy and smart materials, technologies and engineering systems. New production areas will create at least 29 new jobs in the company. The eligible costs of the project – EUR 2612568,80, including the requested ERDF co-financing of 45 % – EUR 1175655,96.The project is planned to be implemented within 35 months, until December 31, 2022. L’objectif du projet est d’étendre l’activité économique actuelle de la SIA SFM Lettonie en construisant un nouveau bâtiment de fabrication de métaux d’une superficie de 4 373,60 m² dans la rue Langervaldes 2A, paroisse de cenu, comté d’Ozolnieki, et en réalisant l’amélioration du territoire en fonction des besoins de production, la construction de routes et de places d’un montant de 7 684,00 m². De nouveaux locaux et infrastructures industriels sont nécessaires pour accueillir de nouvelles installations de production et assurer les processus de production actuellement acquis par l’entreprise sous-traitée ou exécutée dans des conditions difficiles et de qualité dans les locaux industriels existants. Le projet sera mis en œuvre dans le secteur cible — la production de structures et de composants métalliques (25.11, NACE 2.0). Le candidat au projet est conforme aux domaines RIS3 de la bioéconomie à forte intensité de connaissances et de l’énergie intelligente et des matériaux intelligents, des technologies et des systèmes d’ingénierie. Les nouvelles zones de production créeront au moins 29 nouveaux emplois dans l’entreprise. Coûts éligibles du projet — 2 612 568,80 EUR, y compris le cofinancement du FEDER demandé de 45 % — 1 175 655,96 EUR.Le projet devrait être mis en œuvre dans un délai de 35 mois, d’ici le 31 décembre 2022. Ziel des Projekts ist es, die bestehende Wirtschaftstätigkeit von SIA SFM Lettland durch den Bau eines neuen metallverarbeitenden Gebäudes auf einer Fläche von 4 373,60 m² in Langervaldes Straße 2A, Cenu Pfarrei, Ozolnieki, zu erweitern und die Verbesserung des Territoriums entsprechend dem Produktionsbedarf, dem Bau von Straßen und Plätzen in Höhe von 7 684,00 m² durchzuführen. Neue Industriestandorte und Infrastrukturen sind notwendig, um neue Produktionsanlagen aufzunehmen und die Produktionsprozesse zu gewährleisten, die das Unternehmen derzeit unter schwierigen Bedingungen und Qualität in bestehenden Industriestandorten ausgelagert oder durchgeführt hat. Das Projekt wird im Zielbereich – Herstellung von Metallkonstruktionen und -komponenten (25.11, NACE 2.0) durchgeführt. Der Projektantragsteller steht im Einklang mit den RIS3-Bereichen wissensintensiver Bioökonomie und intelligenter Energie sowie intelligenter Materialien, Technologien und Engineering-Systeme. Die neuen Produktionsbereiche werden mindestens 29 neue Arbeitsplätze im Unternehmen schaffen. Förderfähige Kosten des Projekts – 2 612 568,80 EUR, einschließlich der beantragten EFRE-Kofinanzierung in Höhe von 45 % – 1 175 655,96 EUR. Het doel van het project is de uitbreiding van de bestaande economische activiteit van SIA SFM Letland door de bouw van een nieuw metaalbewerkingsgebouw op het gebied van 4 373,60 m² in Langervaldes Street 2A, cenu parochie, provincie Ozolnieki, en het uitvoeren van de verbetering van het grondgebied in overeenstemming met de productiebehoeften, de aanleg van wegen en pleinen voor een bedrag van 7 684,00 m². Nieuwe industriële gebouwen en infrastructuur zijn nodig om nieuwe productiefaciliteiten te huisvesten en om de productieprocessen die momenteel door de onderneming worden aanbesteed of uitgevoerd onder moeilijke omstandigheden en kwaliteit in bestaande industriële gebouwen te waarborgen. Het project zal worden uitgevoerd in de doelsector — productie van metalen structuren en componenten (25.11, NACE 2.0). De projectaanvrager sluit aan bij de RIS3-gebieden van kennisintensieve bio-economie en slimme energie en slimme materialen, technologieën en technische systemen. De nieuwe productiegebieden zullen in het bedrijf minstens 29 nieuwe arbeidsplaatsen scheppen.
