Uzņēmums ir tirgus līderis digitālajā drukā Latvijā. Pakalpojumi tiek sniegti pasūtītājiem Latvijā un Skandināvijā, pamatā - Zviedrijā. Šobrīd esošās ražotnes vajadzībā? uzņēmums nomā telpas 597m2 platībā.Ražošanas process uzņēmumā notiek atbilstoši RIS3 viedajai specializācijai: visas iekārtas darbojas failu apmaiņas veidā, ir programmējamas un operatora vietā aprēķina un nosaka izejmateriālu patēriņu, pēc piedāvātā loksnes izmēra, aprēķina ieteicamos grāmatas izmērus efektīvākajai loksnes izmantošanai, grāmatas biezumu, drukāšanas izmaksas un tamlīdzīgi. Iekārta pati atpazīst iesūtīto izejmateriālu un pati pieņem lēmumu, kāda veida gala apstrādi tam piemērot. Sistēmas datu bāzē glabājas liels skaits failu ar katram gadījumam pielāgotiem drukas parametriem: burtu izmēru, tipu, lapas izmēru, grāmatas dimensijas, vāku formu un biezumu. Labāko risinājumu izvēlei uzņēmumam ir speciāli izstrādāta datorprogramma, kas drukas iekārtām šādus aprēķinus dara cilvēka vietā. Vēstuļu drukāšanā un iepakošanā uzņēmumā ir speciāli izstrādāts programmatisks risinājums pdf failu indeksēšanā, kas ir atzīts par labu un pārņemts tādos uzņēmumos un iestādēs, kā Latvenergo, Lauku atbalsta dienests, Altum, Rīgas Domes Pašvaldības ieņēmumu pārvalde, Jelgavas Dome, u.c.Projekta mērķis ir ar ERAF atbalstu izbūvēt jaunu tipogrāfijas ēku uz uzņēmuma piederošās zemes Olaines pagasta „Rasmaņos”, kas ļautu samazināt telpu uzturēšanas izmaksas un pavērtu iespējas ražošanas jaudu palielināšanai.Projekta ietvaros plānots: 1) izbūvēt tipogrāfijas ēku ar apbūves platību – 1080 m2, kas būs aprīkota ar stāvlaukumu, apkuri, elektroenerģijas pieslēgumu, vietējo ūdensvadu un kanalizāciju. Visa projekta aktivitātes plānots pabeigt līdz 2018. gada 31. oktobrim. Projekta kopējās plānotās izmaksas bez PVN sastāda ap 385000 eiro. Plānotais ERAF atbalsta apjoms – 173250 EUR. Projekta rezultātā tiks nodota ekspluatācijā jauna ražotne 1080m2 platībā, tiks pieņemti un apmācīti vismaz 5 jauni darbinieki. Uz jaunajām telpām tiks pārvietotas šobrīd nomātajās telpās izvietotās iekārtas, kā arī uzstādītas plānotās iekārtas, kurām vecajās telpās vietas vairs nepietiek. (Latvian)

For choosing the best solutions, the company has a specially designed computer program that makes such calculations for printing equipment instead of human beings. For printing and packaging letters in the company there is a specially developed programmatic solution for indexing pdf files, which is recognised as good and taken over by such companies and institutions as Latvenergo, Rural Support Service, Altum, Riga City Council Municipal Revenue Administration, Jelgava City Council, etc. The aim of the project is to build a new printing house with ERDF support on the company’s land in Olaine Parish “Rasmaņi”, which would reduce the room maintenance costs and with the support of the project will open up production capacity within the framework of the project. 1) to build a typography building with a building area of 1080 m², which will be equipped with a parking lot, heating, electricity connection, local water supply and sewerage. All project activities are planned to be completed by October 31, 2018. The total estimated cost of the project, net of VAT, is around EUR 385000. The planned amount of ERDF support is EUR 173250. As a result of the project a new production unit of 1080 m² will be commissioned, at least 5 new employees will be recruited and trained. Ltd. «printava» a été fondée en 2005, et l’impression numérique imprime des livres en petites et très petites éditions, ainsi que des imprimés et des paquets de lettres au client. L’entreprise est le leader du marché de l’impression numérique en Lettonie. Les services sont fournis à des clients en Lettonie et en Scandinavie, principalement en Suède. L’entreprise loue des locaux d’une superficie de 597 m². Le processus de production dans l’entreprise a lieu selon la spécialisation intelligente RIS3: toutes les machines fonctionnent sous forme d’échange de fichiers, sont programmables et au lieu de l’opérateur calculer et déterminer la consommation de matières premières, en fonction de la taille de la feuille proposée, calculer les tailles de livre recommandées pour l’utilisation la plus efficace de la feuille, l’épaisseur du livre, les coûts d’impression et autres. Pour l’impression et l’emballage de lettres, l’entreprise a spécialement développé une solution programmatique pour l’indexation des fichiers pdf, reconnue comme bonne et reprise par des entreprises et des institutions telles que Latvenergo, Rural Support Service, Altum, Riga City Council Revenue Board, Jelgavas Dome, etc. L’objectif du projet est de construire une nouvelle imprimerie sur le terrain appartenant à la société «Rasma’i» dans la paroisse d’Olaine «Rasma’i», ce qui permettrait de réduire les coûts d’entretien des locaux et d’ouvrir des possibilités d’augmentation de la capacité de production. 1) construire une imprimerie avec une surface de bâtiment — 1 080 m², qui sera équipée d’une aire de stationnement, de chauffage, de raccordement électrique, d’alimentation en eau locale et d’assainissement. Toutes les activités du projet devraient être achevées d’ici le 31 octobre 2018. Le total des coûts prévus pour le projet, hors TVA, s’élève à environ 385 000 EUR. Le montant prévu du soutien du FEDER s’élève à 173 250 EUR. Grâce au projet, une nouvelle usine de 1 080 m² sera mise en service et au moins 5 nouveaux employés seront recrutés et formés. Das Unternehmen ist Marktführer im Bereich Digitaldruck in Lettland. Die Dienstleistungen werden für Kunden in Lettland und Skandinavien, hauptsächlich in Schweden, erbracht. Das Unternehmen vermietet Räumlichkeiten mit einer Fläche von 597 m². Der Produktionsprozess im Unternehmen findet nach der intelligenten Spezialisierung RIS3 statt: alle Maschinen arbeiten in Form von Dateiaustausch, sind programmierbar und anstelle des Bedieners berechnen und bestimmen Sie den Verbrauch von Rohstoffen, entsprechend der vorgeschlagenen Blattgröße, berechnen die empfohlenen Buchgrößen für die effizienteste Verwendung von Blatt, Buchstärke, Druckkosten und dergleichen. Het bedrijf is marktleider op het gebied van digitaal printen in Letland. De diensten worden geleverd aan klanten in Letland en Scandinavië, voornamelijk in Zweden. Het bedrijf huurt panden met een oppervlakte van 597 m². Het productieproces in het bedrijf vindt plaats volgens de slimme specialisatie RIS3: alle machines werken in de vorm van bestandsuitwisseling, zijn programmeerbaar en in plaats van de operator berekent en berekent de gebruiker het verbruik van grondstoffen, volgens de voorgestelde velgrootte, berekent u de aanbevolen boekformaten voor het meest efficiënte gebruik van blad, boekdikte, drukkosten en dergelijke.
