Projekta nosaukums ir “Latvijas Jūras akadēmijas STEM studiju programmu modernizācija”.Projekta mērķis – materiāltehniskās bāzes atjaunošana, lai uzlabotu un nodrošinātu STEM mācību programmas, nodrošinot STCW-78 konvencijas prasības mācību procesa nodrošināšanā.Veiksmīga projekta ieviešana nodrošinās ne tikai visaptverošu SAM 8.1.1. noteikto mērķu, bet arī LJA stratēģijā 2018.-2023. gadam noteikto mērķu sasniegšanu:MISIJALJA misija ir sniegt augstāko profesionālo jūrniecības izglītību un akadēmisko sagatavotību, attīstīt lietišķo zinātni un uzturēt nepieciešamo Latvijas jūrniecības nozares intelektuālo potenciālu un veicināt tā attīstību.VĪZIJAKļūt par klasiskās un viedās jūrniecības izglītības līderi Baltijas jūras reģionā, attīstoties kā zinātnes un kompetenču centram.VĒRTĪBASLJA galvenā vērtība ir augsta LJA reputācija, ko nodrošina akadēmiskais godīgums un kompetenti, aktīvi cilvēki: mācībspēki, studējošie un darbinieki.Projekta mērķis tiešā veidā sekmē SAM noteikto mērķi un atbilst RIS 3 stratēģijas 3.tautsaimniecības transformācijas virziena 5.prioritātei “Moderna un nākotnes darba tirgus prasībām atbilstoša izglītības sistēma, kas veicina tautsaimniecības transformāciju un VSS prioritāšu īstenošanai nepieciešamo kompetenču, uzņēmējspējas un radošuma attīstību visos izglītības līmeņos”. LJA atbilstoši īstenotajām augstākās izglītības studiju programmām, kas apstiprinātas studiju virziena “Mehānika un metālapstrāde, siltumenerģētika, siltumtehnika un mašīnzinības” ietvaros ir cieši saistīta ar viedās specializācijas jomu “Viedie materiāli, tehnoloģijas un inženiersistēma”.Kopš 2005. gada sākuma LJA ir ieguvusi klasifikācijas sabiedrības “DNV GL” sertifikātu par vadības sistēmas atbilstību kvalitātes vadības sistēmu standarta ISO 9001:2008 prasībām, sertifikācijas jomā “Augstākā profesionālā jūrniecības izglītība un jūrnieku apmācība”. The aim of the project is to update the material technical base to improve and ensure STEM training programs, ensuring the requirements of the STCW-78 Convention in ensuring the training process.The successful project implementation will ensure not only the comprehensive objectives set out in the SAM 8.1.1, but also the achievement of the goals set in the LJA strategy 2018-2023: The mission of the CISA is to provide higher professional maritime education and academic training, to develop applied science, and to maintain the necessary maritime expertise in the Baltic Sea Comprehensitiveness in the Baltic region. The aim of the project directly contributes to the goal set by the SDGs and corresponds to priority 5 of the RIS 3 strategy’s 3rd national economy transformation direction “A modern and future labour market-based education system that promotes the transformation of the economy and the development of competences, entrepreneurial capacity and creativity at all levels of education necessary to implement the priorities of the CSS”. In accordance with the implemented higher education study programs approved within the study direction “Mechanics and Metalworking, Heat Energy, Heat Engineering and Machinery” is closely connected to the field of smart specialisation “Smart Materials, Technologies and Engineering System”.Since the beginning of 2005 the LJA has obtained the certificate of the classification society “DNV GL” on the compliance of the management system with the requirements of the quality management system standard ISO 9001:2008, in the field of certification “Highest professional maritime education and training for seafarers”. Le projet est intitulé «Modernisation des programmes d’études STEM de l’Académie maritime lettone».L’objectif du projet est de renouveler la base technique matérielle afin d’améliorer et d’assurer les programmes de formation STEM en veillant aux exigences de la convention STCW-78 pour la fourniture du processus de formation. La mise en œuvre réussie du projet garantira non seulement les objectifs globaux énoncés dans la SAM 8.1.1, mais aussi les objectifs fixés dans la stratégie 2018-2023 de LJA: la mission est de fournir un enseignement maritime professionnel supérieur et une formation universitaire, de développer la science appliquée et de maintenir le potentiel intellectuel nécessaire de l’industrie maritime lettone et de promouvoir son développement. L’objectif du projet contribue directement à l’objectif fixé par la SAM et correspond à la priorité 5 du 3ème axe de transformation économique des RIS 3 «Système éducatif qui répond aux exigences du marché du travail moderne et futur, qui contribue à la transformation de l’économie et au développement des compétences, de l’esprit d’entreprise et de la créativité nécessaires à la mise en œuvre des priorités du CSC à tous les niveaux de l’éducation». Conformément aux programmes d’études d’enseignement supérieur mis en œuvre, qui ont été approuvés dans le cadre de la direction «Mécanique et métallurgie, énergie thermique, génie thermique et mécanique», la LJA est étroitement associée au domaine de spécialisation intelligente «Matériaux intelligents, technologies et systèmes d’ingénierie». Depuis le début de 2005, LJA a obtenu un certificat de la société de classification «DNV GL» sur la conformité du système de gestion avec les exigences du système de gestion de la qualité norme ISO 9001:2008, dans le domaine de la certification «Enseignement maritime professionnel supérieur et formation des gens de mer». Ziel des Projekts ist es, die materielle technische Basis zu erneuern, um die MINT-Ausbildungsprogramme zu verbessern und zu gewährleisten, indem die Anforderungen des STCW-78-Übereinkommens für die Bereitstellung des Ausbildungsprozesses sichergestellt werden. Die erfolgreiche Durchführung des Projekts wird nicht nur die in SAM 8.1.1 festgelegten umfassenden Ziele, sondern auch die in der LJA-Strategie 2018-2023 festgelegten Ziele gewährleisten: Die Aufgabe besteht darin, eine höhere berufliche maritime Ausbildung und akademische Ausbildung zu ermöglichen, angewandte Wissenschaft zu entwickeln und das notwendige intellektuelle Potenzial der lettischen maritimen Industrie zu erhalten und ihre Entwicklung zu fördern. das Ziel des Projekts trägt direkt zum vom SAM gesetzten Ziel bei und entspricht Priorität 5 der dritten Achse des wirtschaftlichen Wandels von RIS 3 „Bildungssystem, das den Anforderungen des modernen und künftigen Arbeitsmarktes entspricht, das zur Transformation der Wirtschaft und zur Entwicklung von Kompetenzen, Unternehmertum und Kreativität beiträgt, die für die Umsetzung der GSR-Prioritäten auf allen Bildungsebenen erforderlich sind“. In Übereinstimmung mit den im Rahmen der Studienrichtung „Mechanik und Metallbearbeitung, thermische Energie, Thermotechnik und Maschinenbau“ genehmigten Hochschulstudiengängen ist das LJA eng mit dem Bereich der intelligenten Spezialisierung „Smart Materials, Technologies and Engineering System“ verbunden. Seit Anfang 2005 hat LJA ein Zertifikat der Klassifikationsgesellschaft „DNV GL“ über die Einhaltung des Managementsystems mit den Anforderungen des Qualitätsmanagementsystems ISO 9001:2008 im Bereich der Zertifizierung „Hochberufliche maritime Ausbildung und Ausbildung von Seeleuten“ erhalten.
