Projekta mērķis ir Eiropas Reģionālās attīstības fonda 5.6.1.specifiskā atbalsta mērķa “Veicināt Rīgas pilsētas revitalizāciju, nodrošinot teritorijas efektīvu sociālekonomisko izmantošanu” realizācijas ietvaros attīstīt sabiedrībai pieejamu multifunkcionālu kultūras infrastruktūras objektu – Latvijas Nacionālās operas un baleta multifunkcionālo kultūras telpu un skatuves mākslu dekorāciju darbnīcu kompleksu, lai uzlabotu Šķirotavas apkaimes sociālekonomisko vidi, palielinot apkaimes iedzīvotājiem pieejamo kultūras aktivitāšu pieejamību, veicinātu privāto investīciju piesaisti, sakārtojot daļu no apkaimes teritorijas, kā arī multiplicētu revitalizācijas efektu tuvējās apkaimēs (Pļavinokos, potenciāli arī Dreiliņos un Dārzciemā).Projekta galvenās darbības: Būvprojekta izstrāde un būvniecības darbu veikšana Latvijas Nacionālās operas un baleta multifunkcionālo kultūras telpu un skatuves mākslu dekorāciju darbnīcu kompleksa izveidei.Projekta kopējais finansējums paredzēts ir 4 999 970.59 EUR (bez PVN), no kuriem Eiropas Reģionālās attīstības fonda finansējums ir 4 249 975 EUR (85%) un Valsts budžeta līdzfinansējums 749 995.59 (15%).Projektu plānots realizēt no 2018. gada jūlija līdz 2022. gada decembrim - plānotais kopējais projekta īstenošanas ilgums ir 54 mēneši, pēc vienošanās par projekta īstenošanu noslēgšanas.Projekta plānotie rezultāti: Tiks izveidots kultūras infrastruktūras objekts – Latvijas Nacionālās operas un baleta multifunkcionālo kultūras telpu un skatuves mākslu dekorāciju darbnīcu komplekss. L’objectif du projet est de développer un objet d’infrastructure culturelle multifonctionnelle accessible au public — un complexe d’installations culturelles multifonctionnelles de l’Opéra national letton et du Ballet, ainsi qu’un effet de rénovation multifonctionnel dans les quartiers voisins (P’avinokos, peut-être également à Dreili’i et Darzciems) dans le cadre de l’objectif spécifique du Fonds européen de développement régional 5.6.1 «Promouvoir la revitalisation de la ville de Riga en assurant une utilisation socio-économique efficace du territoire», augmenter la disponibilité des activités culturelles à la disposition des habitants du quartier, favoriser l’attraction d’investissements privés en triant une partie de la zone du quartier, ainsi que de multiples effets de revitalisation dans les quartiers voisins, ainsi que de multiples effets de revitalisation dans les quartiers voisins (Pilici). Développement du projet de construction et des travaux de construction pour la création d’espaces culturels multifonctionnels et d’ateliers d’art scénique de l’Opéra et du Ballet nationaux de Lettonie. Le financement total du projet s’élève à 499 970,59 EUR (hors TVA), dont le financement du Fonds européen de développement régional s’élève à 4 249 975 EUR (85 %) et le cofinancement du budget de l’État à 749 995,59 EUR (15 %).Le projet devrait être mis en œuvre de juillet 2018 à décembre 2022 — la durée totale prévue de la mise en œuvre du projet est de 54 mois, après la conclusion de l’accord sur la mise en œuvre du projet. Un objet d’infrastructure culturelle sera créé — un complexe d’espaces culturels multifonctionnels et d’ateliers d’art du spectacle de l’Opéra national de Lettonie et du Ballet. (French)
