Īstenojot šo projektu ar mērķi -Veicināt videi draudzīga sabiedriskā transporta izmantošanu Jēkabpilī, nomainot 7 no 13 autobusiem pret jauniem, kuri rada mazāku piesārņojumu pilsētvidē, tādejādi palielinot pasažieru skaitu videi draudzīgā sabiedriskajā transportā, tiks uzlabota dzīves kvalitāte Jēkabpils pilsētas iedzīvotājiem.Galvenās mērķa grupas:•Jēkabpils pilsētas iedzīvotāji;•Jēkabpils autobusu parks;•Jēkabpils pilsētas pašvaldība.Mērķa grupu galvenās vajadzības:•Kvalitatīvas vides attīstības un augstas dzīves kvalitātes nodrošināšana;•CO2 izmešu ierobežošana, samazinot transporta ietekmi uz klimata pārmaiņām;•Pakalpojumu kvalitātes paaugstināšana, piedāvājot komfortablākus pasažieru pārvadājumus;•Autobusu ekspluatācijas izmaksu samazināšana.Projekta darbības: 1.Izmaksu un ieguvumu analīzes un Tehniski ekonomiskā pamatojuma izstrādāšana (IIA un TEP); 2. Uzpildes stacijas plānotā jauda ir pietiekama kā vieglo automašīnu, tā kravas un sabiedriskā transporta ātrajai uzpildei. Sur la base de l’analyse de la situation socio-économique de la ville de Jēkabpils et des documents opérationnels, municipaux et de planification de l’entreprise de SIA «Jēkabpils Bus Park», il peut être conclu que le projet «Acquisition d’autobus respectueux de l’environnement pour la ville de Jekabpils» est conforme aux objectifs stratégiques définis dans le «Programme de développement de la ville de Jēkabpils 2012-2018»; SM1 — Amélioration de la qualité de vie de la population urbaine, qui forme une société en croissance numérique, solidaire, créative, éduquée et active et SM3-City est le centre du développement économique, des services publics et de la vie publique de la région, ainsi que des priorités et orientations de développement à mi-parcours de la ville de Jēkabpils, en particulier la priorité 1 — Améliorer la qualité de vie de la population RV.1. Développement des services et des infrastructures nécessaires au développement de la société dans la ville et est inclus dans le plan d’investissement du «Programme de développement de la ville de Jēkabpils 2012-2018».Le projet est également pleinement conforme à «SIA»Jēkabpils Bus Park «stratégies opérationnelles à moyen terme 2018-2020». Auf der Grundlage der Analyse der sozioökonomischen Lage der Stadt Jēkabpils und der operativen, kommunalen und betrieblichen Planungsdokumente von SIA „Jēkabpils Bus Park“ kann der Schluss gezogen werden, dass das Projekt „Beschaffung umweltfreundlicher Busse für die Stadt Jekabpils“ die strategischen Ziele des Stadtentwicklungsprogramms Jēkabpils 2012-2018 erfüllt; SM1 – Bessere Lebensqualität für die städtische Bevölkerung, die eine zahlenmäßig wachsende, sozialkohäsive, kreative, gebildete und aktive Gesellschaft bildet, und SM3-City ist das Zentrum der wirtschaftlichen Entwicklung, der öffentlichen Dienstleistungen und des öffentlichen Lebens der Region sowie der mittelfristigen Entwicklungsprioritäten und Handlungsrichtungen der Stadt Jēkabpils, insbesondere Priorität 1 – Verbesserung der Lebensqualität der Bevölkerung RV.1. Die Entwicklung von Dienstleistungen und Infrastrukturen, die für die Entwicklung der Gesellschaft in der Stadt erforderlich sind, ist in die Investitionsoffensive des "Jēkabpils Stadtentwicklungsprogramms 2012-2018" aufgenommen. Das Projekt entspricht auch voll und ganz den mittelfristigen operativen Strategien 2018-2020 "SIA"Jēkabpils Bus Park." Ziel 1 – Gewährleistung zugänglicher, qualitativ hochwertiger, sicherer und umweltgerechter öffentlicher Verkehrsdienste und Ziel 2 – zur Gewährleistung der Erneuerung des rollenden Materials, Verbesserung der Infrastruktur und Modernisierung technologischer Ausrüstung und Ausrüstung, Verbesserung des EDV-Prozesses zur Steigerung der Betriebseffizienz. Schreiben Nr. 40103845275 mit dem Antrag auf Erteilung eines Gebäudes in der Stadt Jekabpils, Varonu Straße 10. Jekabpils Stadtgemeinde und Jekabpils Bus Park Ltd. „Renergy Latvia“ haben bestätigt, dass in diesem Bereich eine Tankstelle für komprimiertes Erdgas (CNG) unter Verwendung der ihr zur Verfügung stehenden finanziellen Mittel eingerichtet werden soll. Die geplante Kapazität der Tankstelle reicht für Hochgeschwindigkeitspersonenkraftwagen, Güter und öffentliche Verkehrsmittel aus. Das Unternehmen hat seine Bereitschaft bestätigt, den geplanten Bahnhof auch für die Befüllung von CNG-Transporten zur Verfügung des SIA „Jēkabpils Bus Park“ zu nutzen.
