Sabiedrība ar ierobežotu atbildību “Bulduru Dārzkopības vidusskola” (turpmāk – Sabiedrība) ir Zemkopības ministrijas pakļautībā esošās Latvijas Lauksaimniecības universitātes struktūrvienība (kapitālsabiedrība), kuras pamatmērķis ir sniegt kvalitatīvu, konkurētspējīgu un Eiropas darba tirgus prasībām atbilstošu vidējo profesionālo izglītību un tālākizglītību ar dārzkopību, ainavu arhitektūru, ēdināšanas un viesmīlības pakalpojumiem saistītās specialitātēs, kā arī sagatavošanu izglītības turpināšanai augstākā izglītības pakāpē.Sabiedrība savu saimniecisko un administratīvo darbību gan vēsturiski, gan šobrīd ir organizējusi ēku kompleksā un pieguļošajā teritorijā Viestura ielā 6, Jūrmalā. Šī projekta mērķis ir veikt energoefektivitātes veicinošus pasākumus trijās Bulduru Dārzkopības vidusskolas kompleksa ēkās, kas saistīti ar ēku norobežojošo konstrukciju un inženiersistēmu uzlabošanu, tādejādi ievērojami uzlabojot ēku tehnisko stāvokli un vienlaikus būtiski samazinot nepieciešamo enerģijas patēriņu ēku siltumnoturības nodrošināšanai. Projektā kā attiecināmās izmaksas plānoti šādi energoefektivitāti veicinoši pasākumi – ēku norobežojošo konstrukciju siltināšana, esošo logu un durvju aiļu papildus siltināšana, kā arī logu nomaiņa pret jauniem stikla pakešu logiem, ieejas mezglu atjaunošana, siltumapgādes sistēmas un siltummezgla atjaunošana, elektroapgādes sistēmas un sadales elektroinstalācijas atjaunošana, apgaismojuma sistēmas atjaunošana, ventilācijas un apkures sistēmas atjaunošana, aukstā un karstā ūdens un kanalizācijas sistēmas atjaunošana, zibensaizsardzības un ugunsdzēsības sistēmas izbūve, kā arī ar projekta sekmīgu īstenošanu un LR būvnormatīviem saistītās izmaksas - projekta vadības, būvprojektu izstrādes, būvuzraudzības un autoruzraudzības izmaksas.Projekta īstenošanas laiks: 33 mēneši no līguma par projekta īstenošanu noslēgšanas, līdz 2022.gada 31.oktobrim.Projekta kopējās izmaksas: 4 722 922,98 EUR, no tām projekta attiecināmās izmaksas 3 741 331,34 EUR, neattiecināmās izmaksas - 981 591,64 EUR.Projekta attiecināmo izmaksas dalījumā pa finanšu avotiem - pieprasītais ERAF līdzfinansējums: 3 180 131,64 EUR (ar atbalsta intensitāti – 85%), savukārt attiecināmais valsts budžeta finansējums – 561 199,70 EUR. Projekta ietvaros pēc energoefektivitātes paaugstināšanas pasākumu īstenošanas plānots sasniegt enerģijas samazinājumu visām trīs ēkām kopā par 1820,39 MWh / gadā, savukārt enerģijas patēriņš pēc projekta īstenošanas vidusskolas ēkas apkurei nepārsniegs 86,74 kWh/m2 gadā, vidusskolas 2.dienesta viesnīcas ēkai – 67,06 kWh/m2 un vidusskolas 3.dienesta viesnīcas ēkai – 68,28 kWh/m2.Aprēķinātais siltumnīcefekta gāzu samazinājums: 461,35 tonnas CO2/gadā (vidusskola ēkai – 302,82 tonnas CO2/gadā, vidusskolas 2.dienesta viesnīcas ēkai – 80,20 tonnas CO2/gadā un vidusskolas 3.dienesta viesnīcas ēkai – 78,33 tonnas CO2/gadā). Limited liability company “Bulduru Secondary School of Gardening” (hereinafter – Company) is a structural unit of the Latvian University of Agriculture (capital company) under the Ministry of Agriculture, the main aim of which is to provide quality, competitive and European labour market vocational education and further education in gardening, landscape architecture, catering and hospitality services, as well as preparation for continuing education at a higher education level.The Society has organised its economic and administrative activities both historically and currently in the complex and adjacent territory of Viestura iela 6. The aim of this project is to implement energy efficiency-enhancing measures in the three buildings of the Bulduri Secondary School of Gardening, which are related to the improvement of building envelopes and engineering systems, thus significantly improving the technical condition of the buildings and at the same time substantially reducing the necessary energy consumption to ensure the thermal stability of buildings. Project eligible costs are planned to promote energy efficiency – insulation of building envelope structures, additional insulation of existing windows and door sections, as well as replacement of windows with new glass package windows, renovation of entrance nodes, renovation of heating system and heating unit, renewal of electrical supply system and distribution wiring, renovation of lighting system, ventilation and heating system renovation, cold and hot water and sewerage system renovation, lightning protection and heating system renovation, project supervision project implementation project implementation time as well as related construction costs. 33 months from the conclusion of the contract on project implementation, until October 31, 2022.Project total costs: EUR 4722922,98, of which project eligible costs EUR 3741331,34, ineligible costs – EUR 981591,64.The eligible costs of the project by financial sources – requested ERDF co-financing: Within the project, after the implementation of energy efficiency improvement measures, it is planned to achieve energy reduction for all three buildings totalling 1820.39 MWh/year, while energy consumption for heating the secondary school building will not exceed 86.74 kWh/m² per year after the implementation of the project, it is planned to achieve energy reduction for all three buildings in total for 1820.39 MWh/m², and energy consumption for the 3rd day building of the secondary school building will not exceed 86.74 kWh/m² per year, for the 2nd day hotel building in secondary school – 67.06 kWh/m² and for the 3rd day high school hotel building – 68.28 kWh/m². 461.35 tons CO2/year (for secondary school building – 302.82 tons CO2/year, secondary school for 2nd service hotel building – 80.20 tons CO2/year and secondary school 3rd service hotel building – 78.33 tonnes CO2/year). Société à responsabilité limitée «Bulduru Secondary School of Gardening» (ci-après dénommée «la société») est une unité structurelle (société de capitaux) de l’Université lettone de l’agriculture, subordonnée au ministère de l’agriculture, dont l’objectif principal est de fournir des services de haute qualité, compétitifs et répondant aux exigences de l’enseignement secondaire professionnel et complémentaire du marché du travail européen dans des domaines liés au jardinage, à l’architecture paysagère, à la restauration et à l’hôtellerie, ainsi qu’à la préparation à la formation continue à un niveau d’enseignement supérieur. L’objectif de ce projet est de mettre en œuvre des mesures d’efficacité énergétique dans trois bâtiments de l’école secondaire d’horticulture Bulduri, qui sont liées à l’amélioration des enveloppes des bâtiments et des systèmes d’ingénierie, améliorant ainsi considérablement l’état technique des bâtiments tout en réduisant de manière significative la consommation d’énergie nécessaire pour assurer la résistance thermique des bâtiments. Les mesures suivantes visant à promouvoir l’efficacité énergétique sont prévues en tant que coûts éligibles: isolation des enveloppes des bâtiments, isolation supplémentaire des fenêtres et des portes existantes, ainsi que remplacement des fenêtres pour les nouvelles fenêtres en verre, rénovation des nœuds d’entrée, rénovation du système d’approvisionnement en chaleur et de l’unité de chauffage, restauration du système d’alimentation en électricité et de distribution, rénovation du système d’éclairage, restauration du système de ventilation et de chauffage, rénovation du système d’alimentation en eau froide et chaude et d’assainissement, construction de la protection contre la foudre et du système de lutte contre l’incendie, ainsi que coûts liés à la bonne mise en œuvre du projet et coûts liés aux normes lettones de construction — gestion du projet, développement de projets de construction, supervision de la construction et supervision de l’auteur. 33 mois à compter de la conclusion du contrat de mise en œuvre du projet jusqu’au 31 octobre 2022.Le coût total du projet: 4 722 922,98 EUR, dont coûts éligibles du projet 3 741 331,34 EUR, coûts non éligibles 981 591,64 EUR.Coûts éligibles du projet par sources financières — cofinancement demandé par le FEDER: 3 180 131,64 EUR (avec une intensité d’aide — 85 %), tandis que le financement éligible du budget de l’État — 561 199,70 EUR. Limited Liability Company „Bulduru Secondary School of Gardening“ (im Folgenden „Unternehmen“) ist eine Struktureinheit (Kapitalgesellschaft) der lettischen Landwirtschaftsuniversität, die dem Landwirtschaftsministerium untersteht, deren Hauptziel darin besteht, qualitativ hochwertige, wettbewerbsfähige und die Anforderungen des europäischen Arbeitsmarktes erfüllende berufliche Bildung und Weiterbildung in den Bereichen Gartenbau, Landschaftsarchitektur, Gastronomie und Gastgewerbe sowie die Vorbereitung auf Weiterbildung auf einem höheren Bildungsniveau zu gewährleisten. Das Unternehmen hat seine wirtschaftlichen und administrativen Aktivitäten sowohl historisch als auch derzeit im komplexen und angrenzenden Gebiet von Viestura iela 6, Jurmala, organisiert. Ziel dieses Projekts ist die Umsetzung von Energieeffizienzmaßnahmen in drei Gebäuden der Bulduri Secondary School of Horticulture, die mit der Verbesserung von Gebäudehüllen und Engineering-Systemen zusammenhängen, wodurch der technische Zustand der Gebäude erheblich verbessert und gleichzeitig der notwendige Energieverbrauch erheblich reduziert wird, um den thermischen Widerstand von Gebäuden zu gewährleisten. Folgende Maßnahmen zur Förderung der Energieeffizienz sind als förderfähige Kosten geplant: Isolierung von Gebäudehüllen, zusätzliche Isolierung vorhandener Fenster und Türen, Erneuerung von Fenstern für neue Glasfenster, Renovierung von Eingangsknoten, Renovierung von Wärmeversorgungsanlagen und Heizeinheit, Wiederherstellung der Stromversorgung und Verteilungsverkabelung, Renovierung der Beleuchtungsanlage, Wiederherstellung der Lüftungs- und Heizungsanlage, Renovierung von Kalt- und Warmwasser- und Kanalisation, Bau von Blitzschutz und Brandbekämpfungssystem, Kosten im Zusammenhang mit der erfolgreichen Durchführung des Projekts und Kosten im Zusammenhang mit den lettischen Baustandards – Projektmanagement, Bauprojektentwicklung, Bauüberwachung und Autorenüberwachung. 33 Monate nach Abschluss des Vertrags über die Durchführung des Projekts bis zum 31. Oktober 2022.Die Gesamtkosten des Projekts: 4 722 922,98 EUR, davon förderfähige Projektkosten 3 741 331,34 EUR, nicht förderfähige Kosten 981 591,64 EUR.Projekt förderfähige Kosten aus Finanzierungsquellen – beantragte EFRE-Kofinanzierung: 3 180 131,64 EUR (mit Beihilfeintensität – 85 %), während die förderfähige staatliche Finanzierung – 561 199,70 EUR.
