Projekta mērķis ir veicināt SIA “Light Guide Optics International” produktivitāti un paaugstināt konkurētspēju ārvalstu tirgos, izstrādājot, pārbaudot reālā ražošanas vidē un ieviešot ražošanā eksperimentālu optisko šķiedru dzidrināšanas tehnoloģiju, lai ražotu augstākas spektrālās precizitātes medicīnas instrumentus.Projekta idejas attīstītājs un īstenotājs ir SIA “Light Guide Optics International”, kas darbojas “optisko šķiedru kabeļu ražošanas” nozarē (27.31, NACE 2.0 red.) Arī Projekta īstenošana plānota šajā nozarē. Galvenās Projekta darbības ietver eksperimentāla optisko šķiedru dzidrināšanas tehnoloģijas izgatavošanu, uzstādīšanu un tās testēšanu reālā ražošanas vidē, veicot saimniecisko darbību ilgstošas, intensīvas ekspluatācijas apstākļos. Projekta rezultātā plānots pabeigt (veicot tehniskos uzlabojumus atbilstoši testēšanai) un pārbaudīt eksperimentālo tehnoloģiju, t.i., pierādīt, ka tā darbojas tās galīgajā formā un plānotajos apstākļos (TRL8). Projekta rezultātā tiks radīti jauni produkti - jauna tipa augstas precizitātes dzidrināti optiskās šķiedras medicīnas instrumenti, kas nodrošinās 200-700nm un 1040-1100nm garuma viļņu caurlaidības zudumu samazināšanos, atstarošanās (solarizēšanās) faktoru zem 0,55%, tiks izveidota 1 jauna P&A darbavieta un turpināti P&A darbi. Projekta attiecināmās izmaksas ir 1 347 000.00 EUR, t.sk. 45% plānots kā ERAF līdzfinansējums. Projekta īstenošanu plānots uzsākt pēc Projekta iesnieguma iesniegšanas CFLA, savukārt, to pabeigt līdz 2021.gada 16.jūnijam, jeb 31 mēnešu laikā no līguma ar CFLA noslēgšanas brīža. (Latvian)

The aim of the project is to promote “Light Guide Optics International” productivity and increase competitiveness in foreign markets by developing, testing in real production environment and introducing in production experimental fibre clarification technology to produce higher spectral precision medical instruments.The project idea developer and implementer is SIA “Light Guide Optics International”, which works in the field of “optical fibre cable manufacturing” (27.31, NACE 2.0) Project implementation is also planned in this field. The main activities of the project include the production, installation and testing of experimental fibre clarification technology in a real production environment, carrying out economic activities under long-term, intensive operating conditions. As a result of the project, it is planned to complete (by making technical improvements according to testing) and test the pilot technology, i.e. to prove that it operates in its final form and under the planned conditions (TRL8). As a result of the project new products will be created – new type of high precision clarified optical fibre medical instruments, which will provide 200-700nm and 1040-1100nm long wavelength loss loss, reflectance (solarisation) factor below 0.55 %, create 1 new P&A workplace and continue P&A workstation. The eligible costs of the project are EUR 1347000.00, incl. 45 % is planned as ERDF co-financing. Project implementation is planned to start after submitting the project application to the CFLA, in turn, it will be completed by 16 June 2021, or within 31 months from the conclusion of the agreement with the CFLA. L’objectif du projet est de promouvoir la productivité de SIA «Light Guide Optics International» et d’accroître la compétitivité sur les marchés étrangers en développant, en testant dans un environnement de production réel et en introduisant dans la production une technologie expérimentale de clarification des fibres pour produire des outils médicaux de précision spectrale plus élevés. Le développeur et l’implémentateur du projet est SIA «Light Guide Optics International», qui opère dans l’industrie de la «fabrication de câbles à fibres optiques» (27.31, NACE 2.0). La mise en œuvre du projet est également prévue dans ce secteur. Les principales activités du projet comprennent la production, l’installation et la mise à l’essai d’une technologie expérimentale de clarification des fibres dans un environnement de production réel, en menant des activités économiques dans des conditions d’exploitation intensives et à long terme. À la suite du projet, il est prévu d’achever (avec des améliorations techniques en fonction des essais) et de tester la technologie expérimentale, c’est-à-dire de démontrer qu’elle fonctionne sous sa forme finale et dans les conditions prévues (TRL8). À la suite du projet, de nouveaux produits seront créés — un nouveau type d’instruments médicaux à fibres optiques clarifiées de haute précision, qui fournira 200-700nm et 1040-1100nm perte de longitude de transmission de longueur d’onde, facteur de réflexion (solarisation) au-dessous de 0,55 %, créera 1 nouveau poste de travail P&A et poursuivre les travaux P&A. Les coûts éligibles du projet s’élèvent à 1 347 000,00 EUR, dont: 45 % sont prévus au titre du cofinancement du FEDER. La mise en œuvre du projet devrait débuter après la soumission de la demande de projet à l’ACCP, mais elle sera achevée d’ici le 16 juin 2021, c’est-à-dire dans un délai de 31 mois à compter de la conclusion du contrat avec l’ACCP.
