Projekta mērķis ir veicināt investoru un kapitāla piesaisti Sabiedrības ar ierobežotu atbildību “A-birojs” akciju privātā izvietojuma ietvaros.Projekta galvenās darbības ir Sabiedrības ar ierobežotu atbildību “A-birojs” (turpmāk – “Sabiedrība” un/vai uzņēmums) sagatavošana vērtspapīru iekļaušanai Nasdaq First North Alternatīvā tirgus sarakstā, tai skaitā:1)kapitāla piesaistes un emisijas organizētāja konsultācijas;2)dokumentu sagatavošana, apstiprināšana un publicēšana;3)tirdzniecības vietas sertificētā konsultanta konsultācija un dokumentu sagatavošana;4)zvērināta revidenta konsultācija un dokumentu sagatavošana.Projekta ilgums ir 2 gadi sākot no 2021. gada februāra līdz 2023. februārim.Projekta kopējās izmaksas ir EUR 282 280, no kurām EUR 247 000 ir attiecināmās izmaksas un EUR 35 280 ir neattiecināmās izmaksas.Projekta plānotie rezultāti ir veiksmīga Sabiedrības akciju emisija (privātais izvietojums), piesaistot finansējumu EUR 2 000 000 apmērā. L’objectif du projet est de promouvoir l’attraction des investisseurs et du capital dans le cadre du placement privé d’actions de la société à responsabilité limitée «A-office». Les principales activités du projet sont la préparation de la société à responsabilité limitée «A-office» de la société à responsabilité limitée (ci-après «la société» et/ou la société) en vue de l’inscription de titres sur la liste Nasdaq First North Alternative Market List, y compris: 1) des consultations de l’organisateur de la levée de capitaux et de l’émission; 2) Préparation des documents, approbation et publication;3)Consultation et préparation de documents par un consultant certifié de la plate-forme de négociation;4)Consultation d’un auditeur assermenté et préparation de documents.La durée du projet est de 2 ans de février 2021 à février 2023.Le coût total du projet s’élève à 282 280 EUR, dont 247,000 EUR sont des coûts éligibles et 35 280 EUR sont des coûts inéligibles. Les résultats prévus du projet sont l’émission réussie des actions de la Société (placement privé), attirant un financement d’un montant de 2 000 000 EUR. (French)

Ziel des Projekts ist es, die Anziehungskraft von Investoren und Kapital im Rahmen der Privatplatzierung von Aktien der Limited Liability Company „A-Office“ zu fördern. Die Hauptaktivitäten des Projekts sind die Vorbereitung der Gesellschaft mit beschränkter Haftung „A-Office“ (im Folgenden „Unternehmen“ und/oder das Unternehmen) für die Aufnahme von Wertpapieren auf der Nasdaq First North Alternative Market List, einschließlich:1) Konsultationen des Veranstalters der Kapitalbeschaffung und -ausgabe; 2) Vorbereitung von Dokumenten, Genehmigung und Veröffentlichung;3)Beratung und Erstellung von Dokumenten durch einen zertifizierten Berater des Handelsplatzes;4) Konsultation eines vereidigten Rechnungsprüfers und Vorbereitung von Unterlagen.Die Projektlaufzeit beträgt 2 Jahre von Februar 2021 bis Februar 2023.Die Gesamtkosten des Projekts betragen 282 280 EUR, davon sind 247 000 EUR förderfähige Kosten und 35 280 EUR sind nicht förderfähige Kosten. Die geplanten Ergebnisse des Projekts sind erfolgreiche Ausgabe der Aktien des Unternehmens (Privatplatzierung), die eine Finanzierung in Höhe von 2 000 000 EUR erhalten. (German)
