Projekta “Daugavpils pilsētas publiskās infrastruktūras sakārtošana uzņēmējdarbības veicināšanai” mērķis ir palielināt privāto investīciju apjomu Daugavpils pilsētā, veicot ieguldījumus komercdarbības attīstībai Cietokšņa noliktavu zonas teritorijas ekonomiskajai specializācijai.Projekta iesniedzējs – Daugavpils pilsētas dome. Projekta plānotās aktivitātes projekta ietvaros veicinās kopīgos sociālekonomiskos mērķus, proti, jaunu darba vietu radīšanu, degradēto teritoriju atjaunošanu, uzņēmējdarbības vides attīstību un teritoriālo izaugsmi. Plānotās projekta galvenās aktivitātes:1.Būvniecības darbi Cietokšņa noliktavu zonas komersantu attīstībai:1.1.Piebraucamā ceļa un ietves pārbūve Odu ielas rajonā (ceļa pārbūve un pagarināšana no Odu ielas līdz Vaļņu ielai; ietves un veloceliņa, jauna ielas apgaismojuma izbūve; lietus kanalizācijas tīklu izbūve; ūdensapgādes un sadzīves kanalizācijas tīklu pārbūve); 1.2.Stāvlaukuma būvniecība Odu un Vaļņu ielas rajonā (jauna seguma izbūve kravas un vieglajiem automobiļiem; jauna apgaismojuma izbūve, lietus kanalizācijas tīklu izbūve; ūdensapgādes un sadzīves kanalizācijas tīklu izbūve; krūmu un koku stādīšana, labiekārtošana)2.Būvuzraudzība3.Autoruzraudzība4.Būvprojektu, izmaksu un ieguvumu analīzes izstrāde5.Projekta vadības nodrošināšana6.Publicitātes pasākumiProjekta rezultāti: Izveidotas vismaz 85 jaunas darba vietas komersantos. Veiktas komersantu nefinanšu investīcijas pašu nemateriālajos ieguldījumos un pamatlīdzekļos vismaz 90 000 EUR apmēra.Projekta kopējās attiecināmās izmaksas: 1 125 474,95 EUR, no tām: - Eiropas Reģionālās attīstības fonda finansējums 956 653,71 EUR,- valsts budžeta dotācija 50 646,37 EUR,- Daugavpils pašvaldības finansējums 118 174,87 EUR. Projekta neattiecināmās izmaksas: 4782,18 EUR.Projekta ietvaros nav paredzēts snieguma ietvara rezerves priekšfinansējums. Projekta īstenošanas ilgums – 18 mēneši no Vienošanās parakstīšanas dienas (indikatīvi no 2018. gada augusta līdz 2020. gada janvārim. (Latvian)

The aim of the project “Ordering the public infrastructure of Daugavpils City to promote entrepreneurship” is to increase the amount of private investments in Daugavpils by investing for the development of commercial activities for the economic specialisation of the storage area of the site. The planned activities of the project will promote common socio-economic goals, namely, creation of new jobs, restoration of degraded areas, development of business environment and territorial growth. The main activities of the project are:1.Construction works for the development of merchants in the warehouse zone:1.1.Reconstruction of the access road and pavement in the area of Odu Street (reconstruction and extension of the road from Odu Street to Vaļņu Street); Construction of sidewalk and bicycle path, new street lighting; Construction of rain sewer networks; Reconstruction of water supply and domestic sewerage networks; 1.2.Parking construction in the area of Odu and Vaļņu Street (construction of new pavement for trucks and passenger cars; Construction of new lighting, construction of rain sewer networks; Construction of water supply and domestic sewerage networks; Planting, improvement of shrubs and trees)2.Construction supervision3.Authorisation4.Development of construction projects, cost-benefit analysis5.Project management6.Publicity measuresProject results: At least 85 new jobs in merchants have been created. Non-financial investments of merchants in own intangible investments and fixed assets of at least EUR 90000.The total eligible costs of the project: EUR 1125474,95 of which: European Regional Development Fund funding EUR 956653,71,- state budget grant EUR 50646,37,- Funding of Daugavpils Municipality EUR 118174,87. Ineligible costs of the project: EUR 4782,18. Pre-financing of the performance reserve is not foreseen within the project. L’objectif du projet «Arrangement de l’Infrastructure Publique de Daugavpils pour la Promotion de l’Entrepreneuriat» est d’augmenter le montant des investissements privés dans la ville de Daugavpils en investissant dans le développement commercial pour la spécialisation économique du territoire de la Zone Entrepôt Forteresse. Les activités prévues dans le cadre du projet favoriseront des objectifs socio-économiques communs, à savoir la création de nouveaux emplois, la restauration des territoires dégradés, le développement de l’environnement des entreprises et la croissance territoriale. Projet principal prévu aktivitātes:1.Būvniecības travaux des marchands de la zone d’entrepôt de la forteresse attīstībai:1.1.Piebraucamā reconstruction de la route et du trottoir dans le district de la rue Odu (reconstruction et extension de la route de la rue Odu à la rue Vadü; construction de trottoirs et de pistes cyclables, nouvel éclairage des rues; la construction de réseaux d’assainissement des eaux pluviales; reconstruction des réseaux d’approvisionnement en eau et d’assainissement); 1.2.Construction d’un parc de stationnement dans le district d’Odu et de Va’un iela (construction d’un nouveau trottoir pour camions et voitures particulières; construction de nouveaux éclairages, construction de réseaux d’eau de pluie; la construction de réseaux d’approvisionnement en eau et d’assainissement domestiques; plantation d’arbustes et d’arbres, amélioration)2.Suivi de la construction3.Droit d’auteur4.Développement de projets de construction, analyse coûts-bénéfices5.Provision de la gestion de projet6.Mesures de publicitéRésultats du projet: Au moins 85 nouveaux emplois ont été créés dans les opérateurs économiques. Des investissements non financiers de commerçants dans des investissements incorporels propres et des immobilisations d’un montant d’au moins 90 000 EUR ont été effectués.Total des coûts éligibles du projet: 112 574,95 EUR, dont: — Le Fonds européen de développement régional finance 956 653,71 EUR,- subvention du budget de l’État de 50 646,37 EUR,- financement par la municipalité de Daugavpils de 118 174,87 EUR. Le projet ne prévoit pas de préfinancement de la réserve du cadre de performance.
