Projekta mērķis ir veicināt SIA "Eko El" produktivitātes un konkurētspējas paaugstināšanu starptautiskajos tirgos, ieviešot ražošanā jaunu produktu - rotējošu evakuatora pacelšanas mehānismu "POWER ROTOLIFT ARM" un eksperimentālas metināšanas tehnoloģijas, kā arī palielināt uzņēmuma ieguldījumus pētniecībā, attīstībā un inovācijās atbilstoši Viedās specializācijas stratēģijai, radot vienu jaunu pētniecības un attīstības darba vietu un veicot jaunā produkta un tehnoloģijas eksperimentālos pētījumus.Uzņēmuma pamatdarbības nozare saskaņā ar NACE 2. redakciju ir metāla konstrukciju un to sastāvdaļu ražošana (25.11, versija 2.0). Projekta īstenošanas nozare - Pacelšanas un pārvietošanas iekārtu ražosana (NACE 28.22). Projektā paredzētā nozare atbilst Viedās specializācijas stratēģijā noteiktajam RIS3 specializācijas jomām, jo tiek veikta pētniecība un attīstība saistībā ar inovatīvu tehnoloģiju un augstas pievienotas vērtības nišas produktu izstrādi. (viedās specializācijas joma - "Viedie materiāli, tehnoloģijas un inženiersistēmas").Projektā plānots veikt eksperimentālās tehnoloģijas izgatavošanu, uzstādīšanu un testēšanu reālā ražošanas vidē vismaz 2 mēnešus veicot saimniecisko darbību, līdz tehnoloģiju attīstības līmenim TRL8.Projekta rezultātā ir paredzēts izveidot augstas veiktspējas robotizētu eksperimentālu metināšanas sistēmu un ieviest ražošanā jaunu produktu Eiropas tirgum - rotējošu evakuatora pacelšanas mehānismu "POWER ROTOLIFT ARM"". Īstenojot projektu un iegādājoties jaunās iekārtas, SIA "Eko El" spēs nodrošināt jaunus tehnoloģiskos procesus, kas ļaus ieviest ražošanā jaunu produktu un 2021. gadā palielināt uzņēmuma apgrozījumu līdz 5,3 milj. EUR, bet neto peļņu līdz 1,08 milj. EUR. Jauno produktu uzņēmums plāno eksportēt 100% apmērā. SIA "Eko El" ar savu uzņēmējdarbības attīstību minētajā projekta īstenošanas nozarē palīdzēs sasniegt RIS3 izvirzīto virsmērķi - valsts tautsaimniecības transformāciju, ar mērķi palielināt ekonomikas zināšanu ietilpību, investējot pētniecībā, inovācijās un to sekmēšanas pasākumos. Īstenojot projektu plānots radīt 7 jaunas darba vietas. Projekta kopējās investīcijas un attiecināmās izmaksas plānotas 800 500,00 EUR apmērā. ERAF fonda atbalsta apjoms – 360 225,00 EUR.Projektu plānots uzsākt jau 2018.gada novembrī un īstenot 24 mēnešu laikā līdz 2020.gada decembrim. (Latvian)

The aim of the project is to promote increase of productivity and competitiveness of SIA “Eko El” in international markets by introducing in production of new products – rotating Evacuator lifting mechanism “POWER ROTOLIFT ARM” and experimental welding technologies, as well as increase the company’s investment in research, development and innovation in accordance with Smart Specialisation Strategy, creating one new research and development workplace and performing experimental research of the new product and technology. Project implementation sector – Production of lifting and handling equipment (NACE 28.22). The sector envisaged by the project is in line with the areas of specialisation defined in the Smart Specialisation Strategy for RIS3 through R & D in the development of innovative technologies and high value added niche products. (smart specialisation – Smart materials, technologies and engineering systems).In the project it is planned to produce, install and test the experimental technology in a real production environment by carrying out economic activities for at least 2 months, until the technological development level of TRL8. The project will result in the creation of a high-performance robotic pilot welding system and the introduction of a new product into production for the European market – a rotating Evacuator lifting mechanism "POWER ROTOLIFT ARM"”. By implementing the project and purchasing new equipment, SIA “Eko El” will be able to ensure new technological processes that will allow introducing a new product into production and increasing the company’s turnover to 5.3 million in 2021. EUR, but net profit up to 1.08 million EUR. The new product company plans to export 100 %. “Eko El” Ltd. with its business development in this project implementation sector will help to achieve the goal of RIS3 – transformation of the national economy, with the aim of increasing the knowledge capacity of the economy by investing in research, innovation and its promotion activities. By implementing the project, it is planned to create 7 new jobs. The total investment and eligible costs of the project are estimated at EUR 800500,00. L’objectif du projet est de promouvoir la productivité et la compétitivité de SIA «Eko El» sur les marchés internationaux en introduisant de nouveaux produits — mécanisme de levage par évacuateur rotatif «POWER Rotolift ARM» et technologies expérimentales de soudage, ainsi que d’augmenter l’investissement de l’entreprise dans la recherche, le développement et l’innovation conformément à la stratégie de spécialisation intelligente, en créant un nouveau lieu de travail de R & D et en effectuant des recherches expérimentales sur les nouveaux produits et technologies. Le secteur d’activité principal de l’entreprise selon la NACE Rév. 2 est la production de structures métalliques et de leurs composants (25.11, version 2.0). Secteur d’exécution du projet — Fabrication d’équipements de levage et de manutention (NACE 28.22). Le secteur envisagé par le projet est conforme aux domaines de spécialisation RIS3 définis dans la stratégie de spécialisation intelligente, étant donné que la recherche et le développement sont réalisés dans le cadre du développement de technologies innovantes et de produits de niche à haute valeur ajoutée. (domaine de spécialisation intelligente — «Matériaux intelligents, technologies et systèmes d’ingénierie») Le projet prévoit de réaliser la production, l’installation et les essais de technologies expérimentales dans un environnement de production réel en exerçant une activité économique pendant au moins 2 mois, au niveau du développement technologique TRL8. Le projet aboutira à la création d’un système de soudage expérimental robotisé haute performance et à l’introduction dans la production d’un nouveau produit pour le marché européen — mécanisme de levage par évacuateur rotatif «POWER Rotolift ARM». En mettant en œuvre le projet et en achetant les nouveaux équipements, SIA «Eko El» sera en mesure de fournir de nouveaux procédés technologiques qui permettront d’introduire un nouveau produit dans la production et d’augmenter le chiffre d’affaires de l’entreprise à 5,3 millions en 2021. EUR, mais bénéfice net jusqu’à 1,08 million. EUR. L’entreprise prévoit d’exporter 100 % des nouveaux produits. Ziel des Projekts ist es, die Produktivität und Wettbewerbsfähigkeit von SIA „Eko El“ auf internationalen Märkten zu fördern, indem neue Produkte eingeführt werden – rotierende Evakuatorhebevorrichtung „POWER Rotolift ARM“ und experimentelle Schweißtechnologien, sowie die Investitionen des Unternehmens in Forschung, Entwicklung und Innovation im Einklang mit der Strategie für intelligente Spezialisierung zu erhöhen, einen neuen F & E-Arbeitsplatz zu schaffen und experimentelle Forschungen des neuen Produkts und der neuen Technologie durchzuführen. Der Haupttätigkeitsbereich des Unternehmens gemäß NACE Rev. 2 ist die Herstellung von Metallstrukturen und deren Komponenten (25.11, Version 2.0). Sektor der Projektdurchführung – Herstellung von Hebe- und Fördermitteln (NACE 28.22). Der im Projekt vorgesehene Sektor steht im Einklang mit den in der Strategie für intelligente Spezialisierung definierten RIS3-Spezialisierungsgebieten, da Forschung und Entwicklung im Zusammenhang mit der Entwicklung innovativer Technologien und Nischenprodukten mit hohem Mehrwert durchgeführt werden. Das Projekt plant, die Produktion, Installation und Erprobung der experimentellen Technologie in einem realen Produktionsumfeld durch eine wirtschaftliche Tätigkeit für mindestens 2 Monate bis zum Stand der technologischen Entwicklung TRL8 durchzuführen. Das Projekt wird zur Schaffung eines hochleistungsfähigen, robotisierten experimentellen Schweißsystems und zur Einführung eines neuen Produkts für den europäischen Markt führen – rotierende Evakuatorenhebevorrichtung „POWER Rotolift ARM“. Mit der Umsetzung des Projekts und dem Kauf der neuen Ausrüstung wird SIA „Eko El“ in der Lage sein, neue technologische Verfahren bereitzustellen, die es ermöglichen, ein neues Produkt in die Produktion einzuführen und den Umsatz des Unternehmens auf 5,3 Millionen im Jahr 2021 zu steigern. EUR, aber Nettogewinn von bis zu 1,08 Mio. EUR. Das Unternehmen plant, 100 % der neuen Produkte zu exportieren.
