The applicant KVS EKODIVISE a.s. is a manufacturer of cooking appliances for solid fuels intended for heat treatment of dishes and for heating the space in which they are located. The applicant is an important supplier of these products to the Czech and foreign markets. In order to maintain the competitiveness and marketability of products, the applicant is forced to innovate its products both in terms of design and, above all, from the point of view of legislative measures which will soon enter into force in the European Union (Regulation of the EU Commission 2015/1185) a.
