Cieľom projektu je zabezpečenie a financovanie odborných kapacít, prostredníctvom ktorých sa má podporiť ukončovanie fázovaných projektov OPIS a podpora udržateľnosti projektov OPIS.Záverečné aktivity desiatich fázovaných projektov OPIS boli presunuté do Operačného programu Integrovaná infraštruktúra. Presun uvedených projektov do OPII zásadne neovplyvňuje výsledky implementácie OPIS.Projekty boli fázované v súlade s Usmernením č. 17/2015 SORO OPIS k fázovaniu projektov prioritnej osi 1 OPIS predovšetkým z nasledovných dôvodov:• oneskoreného spustenia hlavných a podporných aktivít projektov,• komplexnosti elektronických služieb a časového odstupu od štúdií uskutočniteľnosti,• závislosti na externých projektoch (napr. ÚPVS a pod.), ktorých integrácia bola časovo náročnejšia ako sa pôvodne predpokladalo, resp. projekty neboli plne pripravené na integračné testovanie a pod..Cieľ projektu je v súlade so špecifickým cieľom 8.1 – Podpora efektívnej implementácie OPII a realizáciou aktivít projektu sa má zabezpečiť podpora smerom k ukončeniu projektov OPIS, ktoré boli klasifikované ako fázované projekty a tiež podpora udržateľnosti projektov OPIS, a to prostredníctvom využitia odborných kapacít zmluvného poskytovateľa poradenských služieb. Projekt je realizovaný na Úrade vlády SR, merateľným ukazovateľom je počet zrealizovaných hodnotení, analýz a štúdií. (Slovak)

The aim of the project is to provide and finance expertise to support the completion of phased OPIS projects and support the sustainability of OPIS projects.The final activities of the ten phased OPIS projects have been transferred to the Operational Programme Integrated Infrastructure.
