Cieľom predkladaného projektu je zlepšenie podmienok bývania občanov obce Veľké Ripňany patriacich k marginalizovanej rómskej komunite. A to zvýšením technickej vybavenosti prostredníctvom vybudovania systému zberu a odvozu komunálneho odpadu na území obce. Vybudovanie systému zberu a odvozu komunálneho odpadu pre príslušníkov marginalizovanej rómskej komunity sa zrealizuje vybudovaním zberného dvora, stojísk na umiestnenie zberných nádob a nákupom hnuteľných vecí na podporu triedeného zberu, ktorými sa predchádza vzniku miest s nelegálne umiestneným odpadom a zvýši kapacita triedeného zberu komunálnych odpadov vznikajúcich v záujmovom území. Projekt je v súlade s jedným zo špecifických cieľov operačného programu Ľudské zdroje, ktorým je zvýšiť počet rómskych domácností k zlepšeným podmienkam bývania, čoho neoddeliteľnou súčasťou je aj zabezpečenie a zlepšenie systému zberu a odvozu komunálneho odpadu. Podporou pravidelného odvozu komunálneho odpadu sa zlepší kvalita bývania a hygieny obyvateľov v marginalizovaných rómskych komunitách. Projektom riešené činnosti vyhovujú environmentálnym, technickým, hospodárskym a sociálnym potrebám, pričom tieto činnosti v obci zabezpečia rast počtu rómskych domácností s prístupom k zlepšením podmienkam na bývanie. V obci Veľké Ripňany sú členovia rómskej marginalizovanej skupiny začlenení medzi ostatných občanov. Vzhľadom na to, že realizácia predkladaného projektu je zameraná na zlepšenie životných podmienok všetkých členov MRK v obci Veľké Ripňany, môžeme konštatovať že počet 41 obyvateľov MRK je počet, na ktorý má realizácia projektu priamy vplyv a teda počet obyvateľov MRK, ktorým sa zlepšili podmienky bývania prostredníctvom vybudovania zberného dvora, a súčasne počet obyvateľov MRK, ktorým sa zlepšili podmienky bývania prostredníctvom vybudovania stojísk.Realizáciou projektu sa žiadateľ zaväzuje aj k vytvoreniu 2 pracovných miest cielene pre MRK prostredníctvom uplatnenia sociálneho aspektu vo verejnom obstarávaní na stavebné práce . Pri procese verejného obstarávania bol/bude dodržaný sociálny aspekt verejného obstarávania ako i princípy zeleného verejného obstarávania. The aim of this project is to improve housing conditions for citizens belonging to the marginalised Roma community. By increasing technical facilities through the establishment of a system for the collection and collection of municipal waste on the territory of the municipality. The establishment of a municipal waste collection and collection system for members of the marginalised Roma community will be realised by the establishment of a collection court, standing facilities for the placement of collectors and the purchase of movables to support separate collection, preventing the creation of sites with illegal waste and increasing the capacity of separate collection of municipal waste generated in the area of interest. The project is in line with one of the specific objectives of the Human Resources Operational Programme, which is to increase the number of Roma households to improved housing conditions, including the provision and improvement of the municipal waste collection and removal system. Supporting the regular removal of municipal waste will improve the quality of housing and hygiene of the population in marginalised Roma communities. The projects addressed meet environmental, technical, economic and social needs, and these activities in the municipality will ensure a growth in the number of Roma households with access to improved housing conditions. In the village of Veľký Ripňany, members of the Roma marginalised group are included among other citizens. Given that the implementation of this project is aimed at improving the living conditions of all members of the MRC in the village of Veľký Ripňany, we can conclude that 41 inhabitants of CLLD are the number on which the implementation of the project has a direct impact and therefore the number of inhabitants of the MRC, which improved housing conditions through the construction of a collecting yard, and at the same time the number of inhabitants of the CLLD, which improved housing conditions through the construction of standings.The project implementation also commits the applicant to create 2 jobs targeted for CLLD by applying the social aspect in public procurement for construction works.
