Predkladaný projekt je zameraný na zvýšenie kvality života obyvateľov marginalizovanej rómskej komunity prostredníctvom podpory prístupu k pitnej vode. Hlavným cieľom projektu je výstavba a rozšírenie miestnych vodovodov, vrátane všetkých technológii, stavebných prác a objektov v prostredí novovzniknutej lokality L3, ktorá je pokračovaním súčasnej MRK obce Soľ. Na základe demografického vývoja obce počet obyvateľov neustále narastá a rastie dopyt po bývaní. Keďže rómske obydlia sú preľudnené a súčasná kapacita nájomných bytov je nepostačujúca, obec vyčlenila v územnom pláne v roku 2018 novú plochu na individuálnu bytovú výstavbu, výstavbu nájomných bytov a bytov nižšieho štandardu, tzv. Lokalita L3, ktorej výstavba bude prebiehať v troch etapách. V rámci prvej etapy aktuálne vzniká v lokalite L3 nová ulica, ktorá bude zastavaná 15-timi rodinným domami. Obec pre obyvateľov novovzniknutej lokality chce zabezpečiť prístup k pitnej vode rozšírením vodovodnej siete a jej napojením na existujúci verejný rozvod vodovodu. Rozšírenie vodovodnej siete o rozvodné potrubia je navrhované v dĺžke 219,5 m. Súčasťou rozšírenia vodovodnej siete je 15 odbočení vedúcich k domovým prípojkám po hranice pozemkov o celkovej dĺžke 45 m a 2 odbočenia o celkovej dĺžke 20 m k nájomným bytom, ktorých výstavba je plánovaná v rámci druhej etapy budovania novej lokality L3. Z dôvodu situovania súčasného separovaného rómskeho osídlenia, ako aj novovzniknutej lokality do kopca, navrhované vodovodné potrubie nedokáže zabezpečiť dostatočný tlak pre zásobovanie pitnou vodou, preto súčasťou projektu je aj vybudovanie automatickej tlakovej stanice pre zvýšenie tlaku vody v potrubí. AT stanica z pohľadu najvhodnejšieho stavebno-technického riešenia bude umiestnená v lokalite súčasného rómskeho osídlenia, nie je možné ju umiestniť v lokalite L3. Obec Soľ v rámci prvej etapy budovania novej lokality zabezpečí výstavbou a rozšírením vodovodnej siete prístup k pitnej vode pre 50 obyvateľov MRK a zároveň aj prístup k vode pre 20 nájomných bytov, ktorých výstavba je plánovaná v rámci druhej etapy. The present project aims to improve the quality of life of the population of the marginalised Roma community by promoting access to drinking water. The main objective of the project is the construction and expansion of local water supply systems, including all technologies, construction works and buildings in the environment of the newly created L3 site, which is a continuation of the current MRK of the village Salt. Based on the demographic development of the municipality, the population is constantly increasing and the demand for housing is growing. As Roma dwellings are overcrowded and the current capacity of rental apartments is insufficient, the municipality has allocated in 2018 a new area for individual housing, rental and lower standard flats, the so-called L3 site, the construction of which will take place in three stages. Within the first stage, a new street is currently being created in the L3 area, which will be built by 15 family houses. The municipality wants to ensure access to drinking water for the inhabitants of the newly created site by extending the water supply network and connecting it to the existing public distribution of water supply. The extension of the water supply network with distribution pipes is proposed in the length of 219.5 m. Part of the extension of the water supply network is 15 turns leading to home connections to the boundaries of land with a total length of 45 m and 2 turn of the total length of 20 m to the rental apartments, the construction of which is planned within the second stage of the construction of the new L3 site. Due to the situation of the current separated Roma settlement, as well as the newly created site uphill, the proposed water supply pipeline fails to ensure sufficient pressure for drinking water supply, therefore the project also includes the construction of an automatic pressure station to increase the water pressure in the pipeline. At station from the point of view of the most suitable construction and technical solution will be located in the site of the current Roma settlement, it is not possible to place it in the L3 site. In the first phase of the construction of the new site, the municipality of Salt will provide access to drinking water for 50 inhabitants of the MRC by building and extending the water network, as well as access to water for 20 rental apartments, the construction of which is planned within the second stage. Le présent projet vise à améliorer la qualité de vie de la population de la communauté rom marginalisée en favorisant l’accès à l’eau potable. L’objectif principal du projet est la construction et l’expansion des réseaux locaux d’approvisionnement en eau, y compris toutes les technologies, les travaux de construction et les bâtiments dans l’environnement du nouveau site L3, qui est une continuation de l’actuelle MRK du village Salt. Compte tenu de l’évolution démographique de la municipalité, la population ne cesse d’augmenter et la demande de logements augmente. Étant donné que les logements roms sont surpeuplés et que la capacité actuelle d’appartements locatifs est insuffisante, la municipalité a attribué en 2018 une nouvelle zone de logement individuel, de location et d’appartements de qualité inférieure, le site dit L3, dont la construction se déroulera en trois étapes. Dans la première étape, une nouvelle rue est en cours de création dans la zone L3, qui sera construite par 15 maisons familiales. La municipalité veut assurer l’accès à l’eau potable pour les habitants du site nouvellement créé en étendant le réseau d’approvisionnement en eau et en le reliant à la distribution publique existante de l’approvisionnement en eau. L’extension du réseau d’approvisionnement en eau avec des conduites de distribution est proposée dans la longueur de 219,5 m. Une partie de l’extension du réseau d’approvisionnement en eau est de 15 virages menant à des connexions résidentielles aux limites du terrain d’une longueur totale de 45 m et 2 virages de la longueur totale de 20 m aux appartements locatifs, dont la construction est prévue dans la deuxième étape de la construction du nouveau site L3. En raison de la situation de l’actuelle colonie rom séparée, ainsi que du site nouvellement créé en amont, le projet de canalisation d’approvisionnement en eau ne permet pas d’assurer une pression suffisante pour l’approvisionnement en eau potable. Par conséquent, le projet comprend également la construction d’une station de pression automatique pour augmenter la pression de l’eau dans le pipeline. À la gare du point de vue de la construction la plus appropriée et la solution technique sera située sur le site de l’actuelle colonie rom, il n’est pas possible de le placer sur le site L3. Dans la première phase de la construction du nouveau site, la municipalité de Salt assurera l’accès à l’eau potable à 50 habitants de la MRC par la construction et l’extension du réseau d’eau, ainsi que l’accès à l’eau pour 20 appartements locatifs, dont la construction est prévue dans le cadre de la deuxième étape.
