Hlavným cieľom žiadateľa je prostredníctvom zriadenia denného stacionáru zvýšiť kvalitu poskytovania verejných služieb s ohľadom na rozvoj ľudských zdrojov a sociálnu inklúziu. Špecifickým cieľom žiadateľa je prostredníctvom investícií do sociálnej infraštruktúry zvýšiť kvalitu života obyvateľov rovnakým štandardom verejných služieb a zlepšením ich dostupnosti. Opatrenia v oblasti sociálnej infraštruktúry smerujú k efektívnemu, vyváženému a trvalo udržateľnému rozvoju regiónu. Žiadateľ predloženým projektom plánuje zriadiť denný stacionár s ambulantnou formou poskytovania sociálnych služieb na neurčitý čas. Cieľovou skupinou projektu sú osoby odkázané na pomoc spoločnosti (zraniteľné skupiny – seniori a osoby so zdravotným postihnutím). Žiadateľ projektom docieli návrat (zotrvanie) týchto osôb späť do komunity, ktorá umožní plnohodnotný život každého z nich. Žiadateľ bude realizovať tri hlavné aktivity:„Zriadenie denného stacionáru“ v rámci oprávnenej aktivity c) zriaďovanie a výstavba nových stavebných objektov zariadení sociálnych služieb...„Vybavenie denného stacionáru“ v rámci oprávnenej aktivity e) investovanie do materiálno-technického vybavenia zariadení vrátane motorových vozidiel...„Energetická hospodárnosť“ v rámci oprávnenej aktivity f) opatrenia na zvýšenie energetickej hospodárnosti budov Žiadateľ bude realizovať hlavné aktivity v termíne od 12/2019 do 12/2020 (13 mesiacov). Merateľné ukazovatele projektu:P0070 – Kapacita podporených zariadení sociálnych služieb (15 miest)P0387 – Počet zariadení sociálnych služieb na komunitnej úrovni, ktoré vzniknú vďaka podpore (1)P0374 – Počet renovovaných verejných budov (1)P0614 – Podlahová plocha renovovaných verejných budov (355,13 m2)P0700 – Zníženie ročnej spotreby primárnej energie vo verejných budovách (56 142,35 kWh/rok) P0103 – Odhadované ročné zníženie emisií skleníkových plynov (11,41 t ekviv.CO2) Hlavné aktivity žiadateľa sú v súlade s výzvou na predkladanie ŽoNFP č. IROP-PO2-SC211-2018-27. Predmetom projektu žiadateľa sú stavebné práce týkajúce sa rekonštrukcie existujúceho objektu vo vlastníctve žiadateľa pre potreby zriadenia denného stacionáru a obstaranie materiálno-technického vybavenia denného stacionáru vrátane motorového vozidla. Žiadateľ predloženým projektom podporuje rozvoj a dostupnosť komunitných sociálnych služieb poskytovaných ambulantnou formou.Žiadateľ vytvára podmienky pre zotrvanie občanov v prirodzenom komunitnom prostredí.Žiadateľ reaguje na potrebu zvýšiť dostupnosť a udržateľnosť poskytovanej sociálnej služby vzhľadom na starnutie populácie spojené s predlžujúcim sa vekom dožitia, spojeným s nárastom počtu starších ľudí odkázaných na dlhodobú sociálno-zdravotnú starostlivosť. The main objective of the applicant is to increase the quality of the provision of public services with a view to developing human resources and social inclusion through the establishment of a daily stationary. The specific objective of the applicant, through investment in social infrastructure, is to increase the quality of life of the population by the same standard of public services and by improving their accessibility. Social infrastructure measures are geared towards efficient, balanced and sustainable development of the region. With the submitted project, the applicant plans to set up a daily stationary with an outpatient form of providing social services for an indefinite period. The target group of the project is people dependent on the help of the company (vulnerable groups – seniors and persons with disabilities). The applicant will achieve the project’s return (remaining) to a community that will enable each of them to live their full lives. The applicant will carry out three main activities: ‘Establishment of a daily stationary’ under the eligible activity (c) the establishment and construction of new construction facilities for social services...‘Equipment of the daily stationary’ under the eligible activity (e) investing in the material and technical equipment of equipment, including motor vehicles...“Energy economy” within the eligible activity f) the measure to improve the energy performance of buildings The applicant will carry out the main activities between 12/2019 and 12/2020 (13 months). The subject of the applicant’s project is construction work related to the reconstruction of an existing building owned by the applicant for the purposes of establishing a daily stationary and the procurement of the material and technical equipment of the daily stationary, including the motor vehicle. The applicant supports the development and accessibility of community social services provided in an outpatient form. The applicant creates conditions for citizens to remain in the natural community environment. The applicant responds to the need to increase the availability and sustainability of the social service provided in view of the ageing population associated with increasing survival age, coupled with an increase in the number of older people dependent on long-term social and health care. L’objectif principal de la requérante est d’améliorer la qualité de la prestation de services publics en vue de développer les ressources humaines et l’inclusion sociale par la mise en place d’un quotidien stationnaire. L’objectif spécifique de la requérante, par l’investissement dans les infrastructures sociales, est d’améliorer la qualité de vie de la population par le même niveau de services publics et en améliorant son accessibilité. Les mesures d’infrastructure sociale sont axées sur un développement efficace, équilibré et durable de la région. Avec le projet soumis, la requérante prévoit de mettre en place un quotidien stationnaire avec une forme ambulatoire de prestation de services sociaux pour une durée indéterminée. Le groupe cible du projet est celui des personnes dépendantes de l’aide de l’entreprise (groupes vulnérables — personnes âgées et personnes handicapées). Le demandeur réalisera le retour du projet (en restant) dans une communauté qui permettra à chacun d’eux de vivre pleinement sa vie. Le projet de la requérante a pour objet les travaux de construction liés à la reconstruction d’un bâtiment existant appartenant à la requérante aux fins de l’établissement d’un journal fixe et de l’acquisition du matériel et de l’équipement technique du quotidien stationnaire, y compris le véhicule à moteur. Le demandeur appuie le développement et l’accessibilité des services sociaux communautaires fournis sous forme de consultations externes. Le demandeur crée les conditions permettant aux citoyens de rester dans l’environnement naturel de la collectivité. Le demandeur répond à la nécessité d’accroître la disponibilité et la viabilité des services sociaux fournis compte tenu du vieillissement de la population associé à l’augmentation de l’âge de survie, ainsi qu’à l’augmentation du nombre de personnes âgées dépendantes des soins sociaux et de santé à long terme.
