Žiadateľ tieto osoby vyhľadá, vyberie a zaradí do pracovného pomeru, pričom využije mentorskú a tútorskú činnosť na ich lepšie zaradenie a uplatnenie na trhu práce. Počet účastníkov projektu, ktorí budú v čase odchodu z projektu zamestnaní, a to aj samostatne zárobkovo činní bude 11. The objective of the project "Promoting employment and improving access to employment of persons from CS UoZ and Zuoz in G & M in motion, s. r. o." is to increase employment, reduce unemployment and improve access to employment by activating a target group of jobseekers and disadvantaged jobseekers in the form of job creation and support through an intervention in the form of mentoring and tutoring at G & M in motion, s. r. o. Main activity of the project – HA1 Supporting the application of UoZ and Zuoz in the labour marketSubscribe and selection of UoZ and ZUoZPodactivity 1.2 Employment and mentoring: 186, EUR 393.69Project results – meeting the needs of persons from CS (UoZ and Zuoz) in the form of support for 11 posts occupied by persons from CS UoZ – 11, of which Zuoz-2, which the applicant intends to fill by persons over 50 years of age. The applicant will seek, select and enter into employment, using mentoring and tutoring activities to better integrate them into the labour market. The number of project participants who will be employed at the time of leaving the project, including self-employed, will be 11.
