Obiectivul principal al proiectului il constituie imbunatatirea competitivitatii intreprinderii LD & LENA CAKES SRL prin crearea unei noi unitati de realizare/executie a lucrarilor de montare ferestre la inaltime pentru cladiri de birouri (subscrisa codului CAEN 4332). Proiectul initiat de societatea LD & LENA CAKES SRL este in conformitate cu obiectivul specific al axei prioritare 2 ”Imbunatatirea competitivitatii intreprinderilor mici si mijlocii” si a prioritatii de investitii 2.2. ”Sprijinirea crearii si extinderea capacitatilor avansate de productie si dezvoltarea serviciilor” ale Programul Operational Regional 2014-2020, de imbunatatire a competitivitatii economice prin cresterea productivitatii muncii in IMMuri in sectoarele competitive identificate in Strategia Nationala pentru Competitivitate. Societatea LD & LENA CAKES SRL este o intreprindere interesata de gasirea unui model optim de crestere, atat in sensul trecerii in alta categorie de dimensiune, cat si in sensul dezvoltarii activitatii desfasurate in scopul cresterii dimensiunii pietei adresate. Lucrarile realizate in urma implementarii proiectului de investitii vor fi montaje de ferestre la inaltime pentru cladiri de birouri, la parametri de calitate superiori si la un pret competitiv. Pentru realizarea lor se va utiliza o tehnologie moderna, performanta si eficienta. Consolidarea avantajului competitiv al societatii garanteaza performanta activitatii societatii pe termen mediu si lung si extinderea pozitiei ocupate de firma pe piata pe care activeaza. Realizarea proiectului de investitii propus de societatea LD & LENA CAKES SRL asigura dezvoltarea infrastructurii materiale a intreprinderii, aspect care va contribui la cresterea productivitatii muncii in cadrul intreprinderii, imbunatatirea competitivitatii si la cresterea vanzarilor, avand impact asupra consolidarii si dezvoltarii subsectorului de lucrari de tamplarie si dulgherie (apartinand sectorului de constructii), din care face parte. Aceste aspecte contribuie direct la atingerea obiectivului specific al Axei 2 PI 2.2 de dezvoltare si mentinere a unui avantaj competitiv al IMM-urilor care isi desfasoara activitatea in domenii cu potential competitiv identificate in Strategia Nationala de Competitivitate. The main objective of the project is to improve the competitiveness of LD & LENA CAKES SRL by creating a new unit for the construction/execution of high-rise windows for office buildings (underwritten CAEN code 4332). The project initiated by LD & LENA CAKES SRL is in line with the specific objective of Priority Axis 2 “Improving the competitiveness of small and medium-sized enterprises” and investment priority 2.2. “Supporting the creation and expansion of advanced production capacities and service development” of the Regional Operational Programme 2014-2020, to improve economic competitiveness by increasing labour productivity in SMEs in competitive sectors identified in the National Strategy for Competitiveness. LD & LENA CAKES SRL is an enterprise interested in finding an optimal growth model, both in terms of transition to another size category, and in the sense of developing the activity carried out in order to increase the size of the market addressed. The works carried out following the implementation of the investment project will be installation of windows at height for office buildings, at higher quality parameters and at a competitive price. For their realisation, a modern technology, performance and efficiency will be used. Strengthening the competitive advantage of the company guarantees the performance of the company’s activity in the medium and long term and the expansion of the position occupied by the company on the market in which it operates. The realisation of the investment project proposed by LD & LENA CAKES SRL ensures the development of the enterprise’s material infrastructure, which will contribute to increasing the productivity of the enterprise’s work, improving competitiveness and increasing sales, having an impact on the consolidation and development of the carpentry and carpentry subsector (related to the construction sector), of which it belongs. These aspects contribute directly to achieving the specific objective of Axis 2 PI 2.2 to develop and maintain a competitive advantage of SMEs operating in areas with competitive potential identified in the National Competitiveness Strategy.
