Obiectivul general Realizarea unei platforme inovative de comunicatii specifice pentru monitorizarea si protejarea ecosistemului Deltei Dunarii si a judetului Tulcea, cu ajutorul unor matrici senzoriale si elemente de control la distanta, in cadrul unei unitati nou infiintate. Scopul proiectului Scopul proiectului este de a stimula parteneriatul cu institutele de CD si universitati, in scopul inovarii de produse si procese in sectorul Tehnologii informationale si de comunicatii – domeniul de specializare inteligenta Internetul viitorului si, astfel, de a obtine finantare nerambursabila pentru infiintarea unei noi unitati a SC AdNet Market Media SRL in cadrul Jud. Tulcea. Investitia initiala realizata astfel are scopul de a dezvolta o platforma tehnologica inovativa de comunicatii, parcurgand etapele specifice de Cercetare Industriala si Dezvoltare experimentala, in colaborare efectiva cu organizatii de CD si finalizand cu investitii in echipamente de cea mai recenta tehnologie pentru introducerea in productie a rezultatelor cercetarii. The goal of the project is to stimulate the partnership with the R & D institutes and universities, in order to innovate products and processes in the Information and Communication Technologies sector – the field of intelligent specialisation The Internet of the Future and thus to obtain non-refundable financing for the establishment of a new unit of SC AdNet Market Media SRL within Jud. Tulcea. Tulcea. The initial investment thus made aims to develop an innovative technological communication platform, going through the specific stages of Industrial Research and Experimental Development, in effective collaboration with CD organisations and finalising with investments in equipment of the latest technology for the introduction of research results into production. Objectif général Réalisation d’une plate-forme innovante de communications spécifiques pour surveiller et protéger l’écosystème du delta du Danube et le comté de Tulcea, à l’aide de réseaux sensoriels et d’éléments de contrôle à distance, au sein d’une unité nouvellement créée. L’objectif du projet est de stimuler le partenariat avec les instituts de R & D et les universités, afin d’innover des produits et des processus dans le secteur des technologies de l’information et de la communication — le domaine de la spécialisation intelligente L’Internet du futur et donc d’obtenir un financement non remboursable pour la mise en place d’une nouvelle unité de SC Adnet Market Media SRL au sein de Jud. Tulcea, Tulcea. L’investissement initial ainsi réalisé vise à développer une plate-forme de communication technologique innovante, passant par les étapes spécifiques de la recherche industrielle et du développement expérimental, en collaboration efficace avec les organisations de CD et finalisant des investissements dans l’équipement des dernières technologies pour l’introduction des résultats de la recherche dans la production.
