Obiectivul general al proiectului este imbunatatirea competitivitatii economice a Romaniei prin dezvoltarea infrastructurii de transport care faciliteaza integrarea economica in UE, contribuind astfel la dezvoltarea pietii interne cu scopul de a creea conditiile pentru cresterea volumului investitiilor, promovarea transportului durabil si a coeziunii in reteaua de drumuri europene. Podul peste Tisa in zona Teplita este prevazut a fi realizat si de analiza efectuata in cadrul Master Planului General de Transport, din care rezulta ca acest proiect constituie o prioritate de investitie pentru Romania. Realizarea prezentului proiect - faza Studiu de Fezabilitate al Podului peste Tisa din Sighetul Marmatiei contribuie la indicatorul de rezultat 2S81 – Cerere de finantare transmisa, spre analiza si aprobare la Organismul Independent pentru Evaluare precum si la indicatorul 2S82 - Documentații suport pentru elaborarea aplicației de finanțare (Studiu de Fezabilitate, Analiza Instituțională, Analiza Cost – Beneficiu, Evaluarea Impactului asupra mediului etc. ). Proiectul are ca scop crearea unei cai de comunicatie moderne cu implicatii in dezvoltarea regionala a zonei, a fluidizarii traficului, a cresterii sigurantei utilizatorilor, micsorarea timpilor de parcurs, scaderea poluarii la toate nivelele in zonele tranzitate in prezent, scurtarea legaturilor rutiere cu Rusia, Tarile Baltice, Polonia, Ungaria si Slovacia. The general objective of the project is to improve Romania’s economic competitiveness by developing transport infrastructure that facilitates economic integration in the EU, thus contributing to the development of the internal market in order to create the conditions for increasing the volume of investments, promoting sustainable transport and cohesion in the European road network. The bridge over Tisza in the Teplita area is also foreseen to be performed by the analysis carried out within the framework of the Master General Plan of Transport, from which it follows that this project is an investment priority for Romania. The realisation of this project – Phase of Feasibility Study of the Bridge over Tisza from Sighetul Marmatiei contributes to the result indicator 2S81 – Application for financing submitted, for analysis and approval to the Independent Body for Evaluation as well as to indicator 2S82 – Support documentation for the development of the financing application (Fezability Study, Institutional Analysis, Cost – Benefit Analysis, Environmental Impact Assessment, etc.). The project aims to create a modern communication path with implications in the regional development of the area, to streamline traffic, increase user safety, reduce journey times, reduce pollution at all levels in the currently transited areas, shorten road connections with Russia, Baltic countries, Poland, Hungary and Slovakia.
