A travers ce projet, il s'agit de regrouper tous les services sociaux et de santé de la Collectivité Territoriale de Guyane (CTG) situés sur la commune de Rémire-Montjoly, dans un lieu commun, L'objectif étant d'une part de mutualiser les espaces dédiés aux activités sanitaires et sociales et d'autre part d'améliorer l'accueil et le service des publics en leur offrant sur un même site tous les services attendus, en la matière.
