L’ingénierie est une action essentielle car elle contribue à étoffer le programme d’actions du PLIE. Elle participe pleinement à la réalisation de ses objectifs ,en participant au repérage des besoins des participants du PLIE, mobilisant les acteurs locaux, concevant et faisant émerger les projets et en assurant le suivi . Le PLIE travaillera à l’expérimentation d’actions complémentaires du droit commun permettant de renforcer l’offre d’étapes de parcours, d’avoir une palette d’actions au bénéfice des participants et de favoriser la levée de certains freins dans l’accès à l’emploi. Il s’agit de : * réaliser des diagnostics et études permettant d’apporter une vision partagée et actualisée des publics et des acteurs de l’offre d’insertion sur le Nord, * créer des structures ou outils, des actions de formation, développer des méthodes de travail communes. * accompagner la professionnalisation des acteurs et des structures portant les référents de parcours. * mobiliser des financements divers nécessaires à la réalisation des projets Cette opération d’ingénierie contribue à inscrire le PLIE dans une dynamique de développement local. Le PLIE pourra également accompagner l’ensemble des initiatives des partenaires concourant à l’atteinte des objectifs. (French)

Engineering is an essential action as it contributes to the development of the PLIE action programme. It fully participates in the achievement of its objectives by participating in identifying the needs of the PLIE participants, mobilising local actors, designing and developing projects and monitoring them. The PLIE will work on experimenting with complementary actions under ordinary law to strengthen the offer of career stages, to have a range of actions for the benefit of the participants and to encourage the removal of certain obstacles in access to employment. These are: * carry out diagnostics and studies to provide a shared and up-to-date vision of the audiences and actors involved in the offer of inclusion in the North, * create structures or tools, training activities, develop common working methods. * support the professionalisation of actors and structures carrying the path reference points. * mobilise various funding needed to carry out the projects This engineering operation helps to enshrine the PLIE in a dynamic of local development. The PLIE will also be able to support all the initiatives of the partners contributing to the achievement of the objectives. (English)
