L’objectif du projet HumaTECH est d’étudier plus précisément et dans d’autres contextes technologiques (TV socialisante, applications sur smartphone ou sur tablette, maison intelligente et bracelets connectés de santé) l’impact et les modalités d’humanisation des technologies du ‘bien vieillir’. Cette question est particulièrement importante car les gérontechnologies sont des technologies intelligentes qui brouillent les frontières entre objet et vivant, alors que dans le même temps les personnes âgées ont tendance à être ‘objectifiées’. Cette réflexion sur l’humanisation des technologies et sur l’humanisation de la relation entre technologies et personnes âgées est donc fondamentale pour développer des solutions économiquement viables et socialement responsables pour le ‘bien vieillir’. The aim of the HumaTECH project is to study more precisely and in other technological contexts (socialising TV, smartphone or tablet applications, smart home and connected health bracelets) the impact and humanisation of technologies of ‘well ageing’. This is particularly important because Gerontechnologies are intelligent technologies that blur the boundaries between objects and lives, while at the same time older people tend to be ‘targeted’. This reflection on the humanisation of technologies and the humanisation of the relationship between technologies and the elderly is therefore fundamental to developing economically viable and socially responsible solutions for ‘well ageing’.
