Cieľom projektu je modernizácia administratívnej budovy, dosiahnuť komplexné moderné riešenie energetickej hospodárnosti administratívnej budovy zabezpečujúce energetickú efektívnosť budovy pri jej užívaní a znížení energetickej náročnosti (skutočnej spotreby energie). Uvedená budova je súčasťou Ústavu na výkon trestu odňatia slobody Levoča. Úlohou projektu je riešiť problematiku znižovania náročnosti a spotreby energie v budove zlepšením tepelnej ochrany budovy vrátane jej zateplenia, zlepšiť hygienu vnútorného prostredia pri zachovaní pôodnej zastavanej plochy, s priamym dopadom na zvýšenie štandardu pobytu osôb v riešených priestoroch., zmenami v technických systémoch a vybudovaním nových udržateľných technológií, ktoré trvalo znížia emisie . Projekt zahŕňa aj relaizáciu rekuperačnej jednotky v kuchyni s jedálňou. Navrhovanými technologickými opatreniami sa dosiahne výrazná úspora potreby energie verejnej budovy. (Slovak)

The aim of the project is to modernise the administrative building, to achieve a comprehensive modern solution of the energy performance of the administrative building ensuring the energy efficiency of the building while using it and reducing its energy intensity (real energy consumption). The building is part of the Levoča prison prison. The task of the project is to address the issue of reducing energy intensity and energy consumption in the building by improving the thermal protection of the building, including its insulation, improving the hygiene of the indoor environment while maintaining the built-up area, with a direct impact on increasing the standard of residence of persons in the areas addressed., changes in technical systems and the construction of new sustainable technologies that will permanently reduce emissions. The project also includes the relaisation of the recuperation unit in the kitchen with dining room. The proposed technological measures will achieve significant energy savings in the public building. L’objectif du projet est de moderniser le bâtiment administratif, de parvenir à une solution moderne globale de la performance énergétique du bâtiment administratif, d’assurer l’efficacité énergétique du bâtiment tout en l’utilisant et de réduire son intensité énergétique (consommation d’énergie réelle). Le bâtiment fait partie de la prison de Levoča. L’objectif du projet est d’aborder la question de la réduction de l’intensité énergétique et de la consommation d’énergie dans le bâtiment en améliorant la protection thermique du bâtiment, y compris son isolation, en améliorant l’hygiène de l’environnement intérieur tout en préservant la zone bâtie, avec un impact direct sur l’augmentation du niveau de résidence des personnes dans les zones concernées, les changements dans les systèmes techniques et la construction de nouvelles technologies durables qui permettront de réduire en permanence les émissions. Le projet comprend également la relaisation de l’unité de récupération dans la cuisine avec salle à manger. Les mesures technologiques proposées permettront de réaliser d’importantes économies d’énergie dans le bâtiment public. (French)
