Predmet operacije je zagotovitev brezplačnih prevozov za starejše in gibalno ovirane občane. S tem projektom želimo starejšim kot tudi gibalno oviranim občanom omogočiti več mobilnosti. Hkrati želimo preprečiti ali prekiniti izoliranost in osamljenost starejših in gibalno oviranih prebivalcev iz predvsem manjših, odročnejših krajev, ki zaradi oddaljenosti, odsotnosti avtomobila ali slabih prometnih povezav skoraj ne zapuščajo svojih domov in se ne morejo aktivno vključevati v družbeno življenje.
