Ce projet partenarial est présenté au titre de l’appel à projets recherche collaboratif du PO FEDER&FSE 2014-2020, tranche 1. Porté conjointement par l’INRA, le CIRAD, le BRGM et l’Université des Antilles (COCVACHIM M2E et LAMIA), ce projet a été favorablement évalué sur le plan scientifique. Il a fait l’objet d’une seconde lecture pour précisions et compléments. Le coordinateur est le CIRAD. La période d’exécution du projet : 01/07/2016 au 31/12/2018. Cependant, le projet s’inscrit dans une logique à l’horizon 2020. Le projet aborde la question du rôle de l’agriculture dans la gestion de la qualité de l’environnement et de ses ressources (biodiversité, eau, sol…) et dans la fourniture de fruits et légumes diversifiés et sains aux populations. Son objectif est de mettre en place un dispositif d’évaluation et d’accompagnement des innovations en agriculture, pour améliorer la qualité du milieu et des produits agricoles, permettant à l’agriculture d’amorcer sa transition écologique et d’intervenir efficacement dans la gestion de l’environnement compte tenu des enjeux locaux. Il s’inscrit dans la continuité des divers travaux menés sur l’impact de la pollution à la chlordécone. Il introduit de nouvelles composantes, la dispersion dans les eaux souterraines, l’étude de nouvelles molécules et les usages de pesticides. This partnership project is presented under the ERDF OP’s call for collaborative research projects 2014-2020, tranche 1. Led jointly by INRA, CIRAD, BRGM and the University of the West Indies (COCVACHIM M2E and LAMIA), this project has been scientifically evaluated. It was the subject of a second reading for clarifications and additions. The coordinator is CIRAD. The period of execution of the project: 01/07/2016 to 31/12/2018. However, the project follows a logic by 2020. The project addresses the role of agriculture in managing the quality of the environment and its resources (biodiversity, water, soil, etc.) and in providing diverse and healthy fruits and vegetables to people. Its objective is to put in place a system to evaluate and support innovations in agriculture, to improve the quality of the environment and agricultural products, enabling agriculture to begin its ecological transition and to intervene effectively in environmental management taking into account local issues. It is a continuation of the various work carried out on the impact of chlordecone pollution. It introduces new components, dispersion in groundwater, study of new molecules and pesticide uses. The site experiments is the hydrosystem Peru River/Father River (English)
