ZHRNUTIE ZÁKLADNÝCH FAKTOV O PROJEKTE STRUČNÝ POPIS PROJEKTU V obci Ďurkov sa nachádza materská škola, ktorá je situovaná v blízkosti obecného úradu. Budova materskej školy si vyžaduje rekonštrukciu a to z dôvodu nedostatočnej kapacity a nevyhovujúceho technického stavu. V súčasnosti nedokážeme vyhovieť všetkým záujemcov o umiestnenie ich detí do materskej školy z kapacitných dôvodov. Aj tento nevyhovujúci stav s obmedzenou kapacitou a nedostatočnou vybavenosťou spôsobuje, že sa deti z marginalizovaných rómskych komunít (podobne ako iné deti mladšie ako 5 rokov) často do materskej školy nedostanú, prípadne majú nepravidelnú dochádzku. Pre deti z MRK je obzvlášť dôležitá predškolská výchova a starostlivosť. Väčšina týchto detí vyrastá v prostredí, ktoré ich znevýhodňuje v osobnostnom napredovaní a životných podmienkach. Mnohé z nich nemajú osvojené hygienické návyky, prvky slušného správania sa a tak majú problém so začlenením sa do spoločenského života. Dôsledkom toho je aj narastajúce napätie medzi rómskou populáciou a majoritnou spoločnosťou, nakoľko sú z ich pohľadu problémoví a neprispôsobiví. Realizáciou projektu dosiahneme rozšírenie kapacity materskej školy v našej obci a naplníme tak hlavný cieľ projektu, t. j. zabezpečiť deťom v predškolskom veku kvalitný prístup k predprimárnemu vzdelávaniu a vytvoriť pre nich optimálne podmienky pre výchovno-vzdelávací proces. CIELE PROJEKTU Hlavný cieľZabezpečiť deťom v predškolskom veku kvalitný prístup k predprimárnemu vzdelávaniu prostredníctvom rekonštrukcie a rozšírenia kapacity materskej školy v obci Ďurkov. Špecifické ciele:1. Zabezpečiť dostatočné priestorové podmienky materskej školy.2. Vytvoriť optimálne podmienky v rámci procesu výchovy, vzdelávania a starostlivosti pre deti so špeciálnym dôrazom na marginalizované rómske komunity. Uvedené špecifické ciele sú plne v súlade so špecifickým cieľom 6.1.2 Zlepšiť prístup ku kvalitnému vzdelávaniu vrátane vzdelávania a starostlivosti v rannom detstve v rámci OP Ľudské zdroje. Vytvoríme vhodné podmienky pre účasť detí z MRK v predprimárnom stupni vzdelávania, ktoré považujeme za kľúčové pri ich ďalšom osobnostnom a vzdelanostnom raste. Pre deti z MRK je nesmierne dôležité a to najmä v období ranného detstva v rámci ich socializácie a integrácie do spoločnosti získavať dôležité a cenné poznatky, ktoré nadobudnú počas predprimárneho vzdelávania. Okrem toho si osvoja základné hygienické návyky, prvky slušného správania a postupného začleňovania sa do spoločenského života. Mnohé z týchto detí žijú v žalostných podmienkach, čo má negatívny dopad na ich osobnostný rozvoj, vzdelanie a správanie.Sekundárnym cieľom je zníženie energetickej náročnosti objektu materskej školy, ktorý sa týka environmentálnej oblasti, ale taktiež ho považujeme za dôležitý s ohľadom na ochranu životného prostredia, t. j. zníženie emisií skleníkových plynov, zníženie ročnej spotreby primárnej energie. AKTIVITY PROJEKTU Projekt bude realizovaný prostredníctvom hlavnej aktivity - Rekonštrukcia budovy materskej školy/elokovaného pracoviska za účelom rozšírenia jej kapacity prístavbou, nadstavbou, rekonštrukciou, zmenou dispozície objektov, v rámci ktorej sa uskutočnia nasledovné činnosti: Činnosť 1: Rekonštrukcia objektu materskej školy za účelom zvýšenia jej kapacity, zníženia energetickej náročnosti objektu a predĺženia životnosti objektu.Činnosť 2: Dodávka a montáž interiérového vybavenia. Summary OF BUSINESS POPIS PROJECTS In the village of Ďurkov there is a kindergarten, which is situated near the municipal office. The building of the kindergarten requires reconstruction due to insufficient capacity and poor technical condition. At present, we cannot accommodate all those interested in placing their children in kindergarten for capacity reasons. This poor situation with limited capacity and lack of facilities also means that children from marginalised Roma communities (similar to other children under 5) often do not reach kindergarten or have irregular attendance. Pre-school education and care is particularly important for children from CLLD. Most of these children grow up in an environment that puts them at a disadvantage in personal progress and living conditions. Many of them do not have hygiene habits, elements of decent behaviour and thus have difficulty in integrating into social life. This also results in increasing tensions between the Roma population and the majority society, as they are problematic and unadaptable from their point of view. By implementing the project, we will achieve the expansion of the capacity of the kindergarten in our village and thus fulfil the main objective of the project, i.e. to ensure quality access to pre-primary education for children of pre-school age and to create optimal conditions for the educational and educational process for them. Objectives PROJECT The main objectiveEnsure quality access to pre-primary education to pre-school children through the reconstruction and expansion of the capacity of the kindergarten in the village of Ďurkov. Specific objectives:1. Ensure sufficient space conditions for kindergarten.2. Create optimal conditions in the process of upbringing, education and care for children, with special emphasis on marginalised Roma communities. Those specific objectives are fully in line with specific objective 6.1.2 Improve access to quality education, including early childhood education and care, under the Human Resources OP. We will create suitable conditions for the participation of children from CLLD in pre-primary education, which we consider to be crucial for their further personal and educational growth. It is extremely important for children from CLLD, especially during early childhood, as part of their socialisation and integration into society, to acquire important and valuable knowledge acquired during pre-primary education. In addition, they will adopt basic hygiene habits, elements of decent behaviour and gradual integration into social life. Many of these children live in deplorable conditions, which has a negative impact on their personal development, education and behaviour.The secondary goal is to reduce the energy intensity of a kindergarten building that concerns the environmental field, but we also consider it important with regard to environmental protection, i.e. reducing greenhouse gas emissions, reducing annual primary energy consumption. The project will be implemented through the main activity – Reconstruction of the building of the kindergarten/specialised workplace in order to expand its capacity by extension, superstructure, reconstruction, change of layout of buildings, within which the following activities will be carried out: Action 1: Reconstruction of the building of the kindergarten in order to increase its capacity, reduce the energy intensity of the object and extend the life of the building.Activities 2: Supply and installation of interior equipment. Résumé DES PROJETS DE POPIS DE BUSINESS Dans le village de Uurkov, il y a un jardin d’enfants, qui est situé près du bureau municipal. La construction de la maternelle doit être reconstruite en raison de capacités insuffisantes et d’un mauvais état technique. À l’heure actuelle, nous ne pouvons pas accueillir tous ceux qui souhaitent placer leurs enfants dans la maternelle pour des raisons de capacité. Cette situation médiocre, dont les capacités sont limitées et le manque d’installations, signifie également que les enfants issus de communautés roms marginalisées (comme les autres enfants de moins de 5 ans) n’atteignent souvent pas la maternelle ou ne fréquentent pas de manière irrégulière. L’éducation et l’accueil préscolaires sont particulièrement importants pour les enfants issus du développement local mené dans le cadre du développement local. La plupart de ces enfants grandissent dans un environnement qui les désavantage dans le progrès personnel et les conditions de vie. Beaucoup d’entre eux n’ont pas d’habitudes d’hygiène, d’éléments de comportement décent et ont donc des difficultés à s’intégrer dans la vie sociale. Cela entraîne également une augmentation des tensions entre la population rom et la société majoritaire, car elles sont problématiques et inadaptables de leur point de vue. En mettant en œuvre le projet, nous parviendrons à accroître la capacité de la maternelle dans notre village et à atteindre ainsi l’objectif principal du projet, à savoir assurer un accès de qualité à l’enseignement préscolaire pour les enfants d’âge préscolaire et créer des conditions optimales pour le processus éducatif et éducatif pour eux. Objectifs PROJET L’objectif principalAssurer un accès de qualité à l’enseignement préscolaire aux enfants d’âge préscolaire grâce à la reconstruction et à l’expansion des capacités de la maternelle dans le village de Uurkov. Objectifs spécifiques:1. Assurer des conditions d’espace suffisantes pour la maternelle.2. Créer des conditions optimales dans le processus d’éducation, d’éducation et de prise en charge des enfants, en mettant particulièrement l’accent sur les communautés roms marginalisées. Ces objectifs spécifiques sont pleinement conformes à l’objectif spécifique 6.1.2 Améliorer l’accès à une éducation de qualité, y compris à l’éducation et à l’accueil de la petite enfance, dans le cadre du PO «Ressources humaines». Nous créerons des conditions propices à la participation des enfants issus du DLAL à l’éducation préprimaire, ce qui, selon nous, est crucial pour leur croissance personnelle et éducative. Il est extrêmement important que les enfants issus du DLAL, en particulier pendant la petite enfance, dans le cadre de leur socialisation et de leur intégration dans la société, acquièrent des connaissances importantes et précieuses acquises au cours de l’enseignement préprimaire. En outre, ils adopteront des habitudes d’hygiène de base, des éléments de comportement décent et une intégration progressive dans la vie sociale. Beaucoup de ces enfants vivent dans des conditions déplorables, ce qui a un impact négatif sur leur développement personnel, leur éducation et leur comportement.L’objectif secondaire est de réduire l’intensité énergétique d’un bâtiment de maternelle qui concerne le domaine de l’environnement, mais nous considérons également qu’il est important pour la protection de l’environnement, c’est-à-dire la réduction des émissions de gaz à effet de serre, la réduction de la consommation annuelle d’énergie primaire. Le projet sera mis en œuvre dans le cadre de l’activité principale — Reconstruction du bâtiment de la maternelle/du lieu de travail spécialisé afin d’accroître sa capacité par l’extension, la superstructure, la reconstruction, la modification de l’aménagement des bâtiments, dans le cadre de laquelle seront menées les activités suivantes: Action 1: Reconstruction du bâtiment de la maternelle afin d’augmenter sa capacité, de réduire l’intensité énergétique de l’objet et de prolonger la durée de vie du bâtiment.Activités 2: Fourniture et installation d’équipements intérieurs.
