L’école de la 2ème Chance a pour objectif d’offrir aux jeunes de 18 à 25 ans, ni diplômés, ni qualifiés, l’opportunité d’une insertion sociale et professionnelle. L’Ecole de la 2ème Chance est une école à part entière avec une prise en charge des élèves individualisée et pluridisciplinaire. Il s’agit principalement, grâce à une pédagogie innovante et individualisée, de valider un projet en cohérence avec les potentialités des publics, en lien avec les réalités du marché du travail. A l’issue des parcours de formation, les ER2C visent à garantir l’accès à une formation pré-qualifiante, qualifiante ou à un emploi durable. En moyenne, les résultats observés depuis la mise en place des ER2C en Languedoc-Roussillon font état d’un taux de sortie positive supérieur à 60 % (64 % en 2015). (French)

The aim of the 2nd Chance School is to offer young people between 18 and 25 years of age, neither graduates nor qualified, the opportunity for social and professional integration. The 2nd Chance School is a fully-fledged school with individualised and multidisciplinary care. The main aim is, through innovative and individualised pedagogy, to validate a project in line with the potential of the public, in relation to the realities of the labour market. At the end of the training paths, the ER2Cs aim to ensure access to pre-qualifying, qualifying or sustainable employment. On average, the results observed since the introduction of ER2Cs in Languedoc-Roussillon show a positive exit rate of more than 60 % (64 % in 2015). (English)
