L'opération portée par Argos a pour objectif de : * Favoriser chez les bénéficiaires du RSA l'usage et les pratiques numériques pour leur permettre de les intégrer dans leurs démarches quotidiennes et d'utiliser l'outil numérique comme un élément d'inclusion sociale et professionnelle, * Participer à lutter contre la fracture numérique et inscrire le numérique comme levier pour l'inclusion des publics sur leur territoire. L'opération et l'action ne font qu'un. Pour autant, 2 modules se distinguent : * Levier numérique * Talents numériques Le module "Levier numérique" concerne les bénéficiaires du RSA éloignés des usages numériques et inscrits dans une démarche de recherche active d'emploi ou de formation. Le module "Talents numériques" concerne les bénéficiaires du RSA diagnostiqués à l'entrée de l'action comme ayant déjà une expérience et des compétences numériques avérées en milieu professionnel ainsi que les bénéficiaires du RSA diagnostiqués à l'entrée de l'action comme ayant un fort potentiel et qui souhaitent valider leur projet d'orientation en incluant l'usage du numérique dans leur projet. Un salarié, Thierry VENDE, intervient de façon exclusive dans la mise en oeuvre de l'opération (1 ETP). En complément, une coordinatrice (0,02 ETP), une aide comptable ( 0,02 ETP) et une assistante administrative (0,07 ETP) assurent le suivi opérationnel et administratif de l'opération. Ces salariées sont comptabilisées dans les dépenses indirectes de fonctionnement. Le directeur et un cabinet comptable apportent également un appui. Le nombre de participants, tous bénéficiaires du RSA, est fixé à 116 soit 116 mois d'accompagnement (1 place = 1 mois). Les résultats attendus sont estimés à 7 participants sortis en emploi (5 CDD et 2 TNS). (French)

The aim of the operation carried out by Argos is to: * Promote the use and digital practices of RSA beneficiaries to enable them to integrate them into their day-to-day approaches and to use the digital tool as an element of social and professional inclusion, * Participate in fighting the digital divide and register digital as a lever for the inclusion of audiences in their territory. The operation and the action are one. However, 2 modules stand out: * Digital Lever * Digital Talents The module “Digital Key” concerns RSA beneficiaries remote from digital uses and enrolled in an active job search or training process. The Digital Talents module concerns SSA beneficiaries diagnosed at the entry of the action as already having proven digital experience and skills in the workplace, as well as those RSA beneficiaries diagnosed at entry to the action as having a high potential and who wish to validate their guidance project by including digital use in their project. One employee, Thierry sells, intervenes exclusively in the implementation of the operation (1 FTE). In addition, a coordinator (0.02 FTE), an accounting aid (0.02 FTE) and an administrative assistant (0.07 FTE) provide operational and administrative follow-up to the operation. These employees are recorded as indirect operating expenses. Support is also provided by the Director and an accounting firm. The number of participants, all beneficiaries of the RSA, is set at 116 months of support (1 place = 1 month).
