L’opération s’inscrit dans un ensemble de démarches urbanistiques devant aboutir à la requalification de la gare de Sens et la transformer en véritable pôle d’échanges multimodal, conforme aux dispositions règlementaires en matière d’accessibilité. Afin de réunir les différents partenaires impliqués, un atelier de projet participatif est ainsi organisé sur 3 jours avec l’appui d’un cabinet d’architecture et du CAUE, incluant des interviews et des rencontres in situ, des groupes de réflexion et une synthèse. Le projet doit permettre d'aboutir à un projet d'un schéma d'aménagement , plan-guide, sur le quartier de la gare. Celui servira à terme à l'élaboration des futurs documents d'urbanisme concernant le quartier. (French)

The operation is part of a series of urban planning processes that will lead to the requalification of Sens station and transform it into a real multimodal hub, in accordance with the regulations on accessibility. In order to bring together the various partners involved, a participatory project workshop is organised over 3 days with the support of an architectural firm and the CAUE, including interviews and in situ meetings, think tanks and a synthesis. The project must lead to a project of a plan of development, a plan-guide, on the station district. This will eventually be used for the preparation of future town planning documents for the neighbourhood. (English)
