Le projet de passerelle s'inscrit dans les objectifs de développement durables portés par la ZAC du quartier durable de la Plaine de l'Ourcq - Noisy-le-Sec. Outre le désenclavement des quartiers existants et l'offre d'un accès au canal pour les Noiséens, il participe au maillage public du quartier dans le prolongement d'une nouvelle rue qui prend naissance au sud du périmètre du projet. Cette voie nouvelle distribuera une école rénovée par la Ville et une future station du bus en site propre Tzen 3 (maitrise d'ouvrage du département de la Seine Saint Denis). (French)

The bridge project is part of the sustainable development goals of the Sustainable Development Zone of the Plaine de l’Ourcq — Noisy-le-Sec Sustainable District. In addition to opening up the existing neighbourhoods and offering access to the canal for the Noiseens, it also participates in the neighbourhood’s public network in the extension of a new street that begins south of the project’s perimeter. This new route will distribute a school renovated by the City and a future bus station on its own site Tzen 3 (construction of the department of Seine Saint Denis). (English)
