    L'objectif du projet "CITEE" est d'améliorer les performances énergétiques des composants d'enveloppes des bâtiments en réduisant les consommations d'énergie par une meilleure isolation et ainsi d'aller vers des bâtiments à très haute performance énergétique (Bâtiments passifs, BEPOS), en produisant de l'énergie renouvelable dans le cas des enveloppes actives (murs solaires...), tout en limitant les impacts environnementaux (composants d'enveloppe bio-sourcés...)
