Projekt doprinosi povećanju zapošljivosti ranjivih skupina provedbom INOVATIVNIH LOKALNIH INCIJATIVA. S obzirom da se provodi u sklopu Komp. 2 usmjeren je na učinkovitu provedbu SRLJPMŽ i održivo funkcioniranje LPZMŽ. Osim toga, cilj je utjecati na zapošljivost i konkurentnost nezaposlenih mladih 15-29 g. po završetku struk. obrazovanja aktivnostima osnaživanja i motiviranja za ulazak u svijet rada. Ovime rješavamo glavni problem neadekvatne pripremljenosti mladih nezaposlenih za tržište rada. Projektom omogućavamo i samozapošljavanje nezaposlenim osobama dodjelom potpora za samozapošljavanje. The project contributes to increasing the employability of vulnerable groups by implementing INNOVATIVE LOCAL initiatives. Given that it is being implemented as part of KOMP. 2 focuses on the effective implementation of the SRHRZ and the sustainable functioning of the LSCIs. In addition, the aim is to have an impact on the employability and competitiveness of unemployed youth 15-29 at the end of the spirit of education, empowering and motivating entry into the world of work. We are tackling the main problem of adequate youth unemployment for the labour market. Self-employment is facilitated by the project, through the grant of self-employment support to unemployed persons. (English)
