Cilj projekta je unaprijediti kvalitetu, održivost i učinkovitost socijalnog dijaloga u sektoru cestovnog prometa RH-a jačanjem kapaciteta cestarskih sindikata kroz nacionalno i međunarodno umrežavanje, razvoj sektorskih politika te primjenu inovativnih pristupa informiranja, edukacije i promocije sindikalnog djelovanja. Okosnica ovog projekta je razvoj kvalitetnog i održivog socijalnog dijaloga u sektoru cestovnog prometa temeljenog na znanju, komunikaciji i suradnji na svim razinama djelovanja socijalnih partnera, ali i drugih uključenih dionika. The aim of the project is to improve the quality, sustainability and efficiency of social dialogue in the road transport sector by strengthening the capacity of toll unions through national and international networking, the development of sectoral policies and the application of innovative approaches to information, training and promotion of industrial action. The project is at the heart of the development of a quality and sustainable social dialogue in the road transport sector, based on knowledge, communication and cooperation at all levels of the activities of the social partners, as well as of other stakeholders involved.
