Ovaj projekt ima za cilj povećanje kvalitete i obujma pruženih usluga uz povećanje poslovne učinkovitosti. Uređenjem i opremanjem ugostiteljskog objekta stvaraju se mogućnosti za zapošljavanje novog djelatnika, te za povećanje obujma uz veću kvalitetu usluge. Ponuditi ćemo usluge u prostoru u kojemu gosti, uživaju u u skladu s najvišim higijenskim i uslužnim europskim standardima, u atmosferi koja je istodobno opuštena i obiteljska, a profesionalna. Projektom će se ojačati poslovanje obrta podizanjem ugostiteljskog standarda te će se povećati efikasnost, produktivnost i uopće konkurentnost na ugostiteljskom tržištu grada Knina. (Croatian)

This project aims at increasing the quality and volume of the services provided, while increasing business efficiency. The design and fitting-out of the catering establishment creates opportunities for the recruitment of a new staff, and to increase the quality of the service with a higher quality of service. We will offer services in an area in which guests are invited to meet the highest hygiene and service European standards, in an atmosphere simultaneously abducted and in family, and professional. The project will strengthen the business of crafts by raising the catering standard and will enhance the efficiency, productivity and competitiveness in the hospitality market of the City of Knin.
