Rezultat projekta je izrađena projektna dokumentacija koja se sastoji od tehničke dokumentacije (elaborat trenutne nosivosti konstrukcije, idejno rješenje, glavni projekt s troškovnikom, izvedbeni projekt, projekt unutarnjeg opremanja te ishođenje svih dozvola za gradnju) i studije izvedivosti s cost-benefit analizom (FS/CBA). Izrada projektne dokumentacije za projekt Rekonstrukcija zgrade "Radnički dom" u Borovu naselju i prenamjena u prostor Veleučilišta "Lavoslav Ružička" u Vukovar imati će značajan utjecaj na fizičku, društvenu, ali i gospodarsku regeneraciju grada Vukovara. Obnovom zgrade "Radničkog doma" koja se nalazi unutar registrirane kulturno-povijesne cjeline "Bata Ville", u funkciju će se staviti zgrada kulturne baštine. Proširenjem kapaciteta stvaraju se uvjeti za osnivanje novih odjela Veleučilišta kojima će se proširiti obrazovna ponuda te osigurati prostor za odjel gradske i veleučilišne knjižnice. Po isporučenom setu projektne dokumentacije stvaraju se uvjeti za provedbu projekta Rekonstrukcija zgrade "Radnički dom" u Borovu naselju i prenamjena u prostor Veleučilišta "Lavoslav Ružička" u Vukovaru unutar ograničenog poziva na dostavu projektnih prijedloga trajnog modaliteta: Provedba Intervencijskog plana Grada Vukovara. The result of the project is a project dossier consisting of technical documentation (study of the current load of construction, design concept, main design with cost statements, construction projects, internal fitting-out works and obtaining all construction permits) and test feasibility studies with cost-benefit analysis (FS/CBA). The design of the project documentation for the Reconstruction of the Labour House in Strasbourg and the redevelopment into the area of Vukovar Higher Education in Vukovar will have a significant impact on the physical, social as well as the economic regeneration of Vukovar. The renovation of the ‘Labour House’ building, which is located within the registered cultural-historical unit ‘Bata Ville’, will serve as a cultural heritage building. The capacity extension creates the conditions for the establishment of the new departments of the University College, which will expand the educational offer and provide scope for the city and metropolitan division of the College. An delivered set of project documentation sets out the conditions for the project to implement the ‘Labour House’ reconstruction into the village and convert into the space of the VHEI “Lavoslav Risčka” in Vukovar, within a restricted call for proposals on a permanent way: Implementation of the Vukovar City Emergency Plan.
