Svrha projekta "Sretna obitelj - zdrava zajednica" jest unapređenje socijalne infrastrukture, kupovinom, rekonstrukcijom i opremanjem novih prostorija Centra za socijalnu skrb Trogir (dalje u tekstu: CZSS Trogir) na lokaciji Balančane 6, Trogir, sa ciljem provođenja deinstitucionalizacije, procesa transformacije i procesa prevencije institucionalizacije te razvoja mreže izvaninstitucijskih usluga i službi podrške u zajednici. Projektom će se osigurati novi uredi i prostori CZSS Trogir koji će djelatnicima omogućiti adekvatan rad s korisnicima. Provedbom projekta doprinijet će se smanjenju broja institucionaliziranih ranjivih skupina te omogućiti njihov proces inkluzije odnosno spriječiti daljnja institucionalizacija novih korisnika. The project “Family — healthy community” means improving social infrastructure, purchasing, reconstruction and equipping the new premises of the Tgiir Social Welfare Centre (hereinafter: CCC Trogir) at Balanina 6, Trogir, with the aim of de-institutionalisation, the process of transformation and institutionalisation, and development of the network of non-institutionalised services and community support services. The project will provide the new offices and premises of the CCC, which will allow staff to work adequately with the beneficiaries. The implementation of the project will help to reduce the number of institutionalised groups and will enable their process to be inclusive, or prevent further institutionalisation of new beneficiaries.
