    Osnovna škola Dr. Andrija Mohorovičić, područna škola Jušići i Dječji vrtić Matulji, objekt Jušići smješteni su u objektu neadekvatnih konstrukcijskih elemenata u smislu energetske učinkovitosti. Rekonstrukcijom objekta te uvođenjem korištenja sustava obnovljivih izvora energije za potrebe vrtića i škole pridonijet će se smanjenju godišnje potrošnje primarne energije u objektu (javnoj zgradi), poboljšanju uvjeta boravka djece i zaposlenih. Na objektu se planira provesti mjera toplinske izolacije vanjskih zidova međukatnih konstrukcija prema tavanu, krovova i međukatnih konstrukcija iznad ventiliranog prostora, zamjena stolarije čime će se postići značajne uštede u potrošnji energije Qh,nd 60.585,25 kWh/a (77,66%).
