Projektom je predviđena Energetska obnova DVD-a Zelčin kroz mjere zamjena postojeće bravarije i stolarije novom energetski učinkovitom bravarijom, poboljšanje toplinskih svojstavagrađevnih dijelova grijanog dijela zgrade, uvođenje učinkovitog sustava grijanja i rasvjete.Cilj projekta je smanjenje potrošnje energije za 154.320,43kWh/god, odnosno na godišnjoj razini 72,35%, te smanjenje CO2 za 79,62%.
